I opted to pay for the installation at the time I purchased the key safe for ease and to get the key safe installed promptly. The service was prompt and professional. However, as a general point of feedback, I do think the fee of £69.95 for what is effectively a 5-10 minute job is a tad excessive and believe that a maximum of £50 (i.e. what I believe to be a typical 'call-out' fee) is more reasonable.

The value for money if you are not particularly good at DIY is great, but sadly the installer turned up without making an appointment, and installed the Key Safe incorrectly leaving The Key Safe Company to resolve the issue.
