I find this keysafe easy to use if I ever lock myself out. In the past I have had to call a locksmith.

1 star – very disappointing. I purchased a keysafe and the professional installation service on behalf of relatives who need it for care purposes. The keysafe itself arrived quickly, but the installation has still not taken place, despite the stated 5–7 day timeframe. I’ve contacted Keysafe several times to resolve this and have yet to receive a satisfactory response. The installation is still outstanding, and it is required by a specific date. I ordered well in advance to ensure this would be met, yet it now appears I will need to return the product and request a refund for both the keysafe and the installation service. Really poor experience. After posting this review, I received a thoughtful and genuinely helpful response. More importantly, the installer contacted me later that day and agreed to rearrange a few things so the installation can take place before we are away. This will make a significant difference, ensuring carers can access the property without any issues and giving my parents much-needed peace of mind. Thank you for taking the time to resolve this and for providing a refund for the installation it is truly appreciated. Thank you again.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience – I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially given the time-sensitive nature of arranging access for care.
This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and I’m sorry that the installation company has not contacted you within the expected 5–7 day timeframe. I also apologise that you’ve had to chase us for updates without receiving a clear resolution – that’s not acceptable, and we should have communicated much better throughout.
We’d really like the opportunity to put this right for you as quickly as possible. We are chasing the the install company for you and we have refunded the cost of the install. You will be hearing from us or the installers soon to arrange the install at a time and date to suite.
Again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and stress this has caused, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Installation was done a couple of days after delivery of my Keysafe. Man was on time, efficient and did not long to instal it. Friendly and helpful. Totally recommend the professional installation.
