The Key Safe seems very robust and…
The Key Safe seems very robust and strong. Setting it up is OK, but you need to pay close attention to the instructions to set the code correctly. Once done it works very well. I found installing it a little tricky, and had to get a professional to drill the holes (my first attempt into stone was not successful; we then used a brick surface which was much easier).

You’ve sent me this review before the product has even been delivered. Was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and twice has been delayed by DPD!
The item is really important to me and can’t progress without it.

We’ve checked the tracking with DPD and can see your delivery is heading to Aberdeen, where there are currently extended delays due to ongoing poor weather following recent storms. At the moment, DPD are advising delays of up to around 10 days in that area, which we completely appreciate is far from ideal.

Delivery was very rapid. Product heavy and sturdy, Screws were impressively long and splines cut directly into the brickwork - so no rawl plugs which can sometimes slip when pressure is applied! Fitting was easy with the additional tool kit supplied. Thank you!

Good Customer Serive
My first contact with the company was via email asking for any information they had on the key safe I was interested in being able to hold my vehicle key fob and key? I received an email the next morning along with photographs with the required information. This is what I would call "Good Customer service"
I ordered the keys safe within 5 minutes of receiving my email and it was delivered FOC the next day.

A very good response from this company and great follow up informing me of the progress off my order and when delivery was due.

Excellent Quality . …
My key safe arrived and it was much heavier than expected. But it is quality, not cheap but it will last forever so a good investment. It took a bit of getting my head round the set up but I read the instructions a few times then did it easily. My son installed it for me, but if you are not a really confident DIY person then I would suggest getting Key safe to install it for you. I had a cheap key safe and was horrified how easily it could be broken into. My keys feel very safe now.
