Understanding amid our Crisis!
Despite the couriers damaging the box, losing the contents and taping it up, only to deliver an empty box, the Key Safe Company proved their customer service commitment admirably.
They responded instantly and sent a new safe next day before 10am. There was an unexpected urgent requirement due to sickness of Elderly Parents and access for the care company.
Their understanding in our crisis was fantastic and yet unusual in business nowadays.

A couple of thoughts
Providing a thin piece of paper with a rounded top is little help for alignment with a spirit level! Square edges and some depth to abut with the spirit level would help.
The code system seems odd: 123456 instead of offering 720 options, is just one.

We understand what you mean about the drilling template. The Ark Tamo template is supplied as a separate thin card insert and, as it mirrors the shape of the key safe itself, it does have rounded edges. We appreciate that this can make lining up a spirit level a little trickier for some people, so your comments are really helpful and we’ll certainly pass that feedback on to the manufacturer.
Regarding the code system, the key safe is designed so you can set your own combination. We recommend choosing a code that’s at least 6 digits long and includes a repeated number (for example 122587). Each digit can be used up to four times, which means there are actually over 9 million possible combinations available — giving plenty of choice when setting a secure code.

Was to navigate website and ordering process. Quick turnaround- I got my key safe in less than 48h from ordering. Installation easy. Of note the drilling template for the mounting screws was too small, but was easy to make my own template.
