Ordered a Supra C 500 and DPD went awol…
Ordered a Supra C 500 and DPD went awol with it after I needed to change the scheduled delivery date. Rang The Key Safe Company who followed it up, called me back when they said they would and despatched a replacement which arrived the next day. Really great customer service. Key safe nice and sturdy.

Quick delivery and easy to set up
Key safe dispatched quickly and arrived well packaged, with clear instructions for mounting, setting up and use. Took very little time to install and is working without issue. Seems sturdy enough to deter opportunist thieves. This type of lock recognises the numbers/letters in a set code, not their order, so correct digits can be entered in any combination to open it. Each digit can only be used once in any code. I expected this, just be aware.

And you’re absolutely right about the code entry: the lock recognises the correct digits, not the sequence. Just to reassure you, that doesn’t reduce security — a would-be thief would still need to know exactly which numbers you’ve chosen and how many digits your code uses. Most folks default to four out of habit, but we always recommend going with five or six for extra peace of mind.

Safe arrived promptly, well packaged and in perfect condition.
It has now been fitted where I suggested and with great care not to let brick dust into the house.
The instructions for setting it are not particularly user friendly; I still haven’t figured it out.

Our key lock was not working correctly…
Our key lock was not working correctly so we asked for some advice on how to correct it. The dealers gave us some suggestions as to how to fix it but nothing helped. They replaced the lock immediately free of charge.. brilliant service, thank you

Having made contact with the company regarding issues with my elderly mothers keysafe a Supra P500 and the keys, they quickly despatched a replacement without any issues. More companies need to take a leaf out of their customer service book and follow their lead. It is clear that the customer means a lot to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them AAA☆☆☆☆☆

My Key Safe was ordered Monday and arrived Tuesday then was fitted the following Monday. Excellent service all round. Neil the fitter was very competent and friendly. I felt I could trust him to do a good job. Being disabled I can feel vulnerable but Neil soon put me at ease, telephoning before he arrived. I thoroughly recommend this company.

V friendly locksmith who quoted me over 400 dollars for a 20 second door entry and dropped price by almost half when I pointed out that it was an extortionate price - Robin Hood had the decency to wear a mask!!!
