Delivered my Office 2021 Home and Business for Mac key immediately after making payment. You will not find any other place where you can buy all Microsoft genuine licences for so cheap. Excellent!
Never heard of this site before purchasing, but they seemed to have the cheapest genuine Windows 11 keys, so I thought I would give them a try. Activation worked first time, great instant delivery t... See more

It took a short while to receive my product but it was everything I expect. A++
Also sold me a key that isn't working. They don't mention that VAT is payable on top of the cost of the non-existent key on their website. This is the response I got when I let them know the key wasn't working and queried the VAT payment:
So, you are downloading a file from the official microsoft website, one of the most well known corporations in the world, and downloading the most popular app in the world, but your browser thinks its not valid. Seems like a problem with your browser!
We are liscense providers, not personal IT solutions support. If you successfully binded your key to your account, then the liscense is accepted and works as it is supposed to. If you can't install the app due to some problem with your OS or Browser, then it's beyond the scope of our customer support.
As for VAT message, it looks like we are now your financial advisors as well. We don't charge VAT as we sell in multiple countries of the world, and each has its own regulations. So, if your country has some regulation where it applies VAT for all purchased products.. then, you certainly should pay it! How is this exactly related to us?!
They are scammers basically - do not buy from!
This is what Safari said: The file “Microsoft_365_and_Office_16.79.23111019_BusinessPro_Installer.pkg.download” doesn’t appear to be a valid download file.
Just sent you the email saying I would need to pay VAT from Microsoft Office too so you have all the proof. The fact that VAT is payable on top of a purchase should be made clear on your website. Please link to where you state that.
And yes I would like a refund for your product that doesn't work thanks so much. The message is not coming up any more, just nothing happens. You are scammers with appallingly rude customer service people.
I do know how to download things - thanks very much! Safari gave me an error message which is copied and pasted above. It clearly states that what you have sold me is "not a valid download file" and yet you continue to dispute it on top of your appalling rudeness. I can call Apple on the weekend and get them to confirm this.
Yes you’re backing off because you know you are in the wrong. All potential customers can now see you are liars and scammers who have zero respect for those who try to buy from you in good faith. I do not have the product I paid you for and you couldn’t care a less. You’ve treated me with absolute contempt and only care about your online reputation!
Wow! You have “had to deal with this for days” - what provide basic support to your customers? “Please check her other reviews to see what we are dealing with” - this is the respect you show your customers? You have dug yourself a bigger and bigger hole the further time has gone on and it has been fascinating to behold. I will get my money back through my credit card company regardless. I’m glad everyone can see you refuse refunds and force customers to go down that road when you scam them with fake products, as you did with the previous reviewer.
