Joke of a law firm. Had the misfortune of dealing with them as they were chosen by my landlord when I was assigning a shop lease. £2,700 plus VAT for a very straightforward task. Slow, supercilious and unprofessional. Also refused to issue a VAT invoice after repeatedly requesting one. To the administrator of your reviews; please don’t post a reply feigning sympathy. If you cared about the way you treated paying clients in the first instance, you would conduct yourself differently and I wouldn’t need to write such a negative review.

I was referred to Sarah Taylor to assist me with a licensing issue related to a property adjacent to my home. I had not met Sarah before. Her performance was outstanding: well informed, focused and of high value to me. I recommend her without reservation.

I was recommended Charlotte to write my will by a colleague. My situation is complex and difficult to talk about, but Charlotte immediately put me at ease, normalised a complicated story, and gave me sound advice and guidance. She was professional and efficient as well as warm and empathic. All fees were clear and upfront.

My company engaged keystone law for some relatively simple corporate legal tidy up work in 2025. Despite charging a high price the work done was poor quality and caused more problems than it solved. Some of the legal documents even lacked requisite signing blocks and all we got was advice on how we could add it ourselves. Some items originally discussed as part of the scope of work magically disappeared from the set of deliverables meaning the value for money was even worse than first thought.

Avoid.

Natasha Forman professionally advised and set out tactics I could employ in the maze of legal pitfalls with regards to finding an amicable solution with my former employer. She equipped me with confidence, tactics and legal knowledge to have those difficult conversations. She is professional, fast in responding, has hands on experience, thinks outside the box, consider all manners to protect her clients and is pleasant to deal with. Hope not to be in similar position in the future but would hire her again without hesitation.
