Not a great experience. I inquired about a contingency-based attorney, which they have tagged in their Google tags. The receptionist kept me on the phone for over 20 minutes and then finally told me they do not offer contingency. It goes a long way to read an email and be upfront. That tells me everything I need to know as far as how you do business.
