Great ready cooked meals, super handy after I’d given birth as could just whack them straight in the microwave and eat them

Delicious and easy to prepare healthy meals. Full of taste and so convenient to make, especially for busy people. Just put to microwave and ready to eat.

Khanaprep meals are really delicious and tasteful. It's perfect when you want to eat healthy but don't have time to cook.

I’ve had a lot of the khana prep meal and my personal favourites are the Jamaican jerk and the mushroom beef burger. I love how well packed the food comes. knowing that all the ingredients are fresh and there is non of that processed stuff make it 10 times better

Loved this prep company! I have tried many before but this one is definetly my favourite. From the way the package the food to the amazing flavours. These really taste like a home cooked meal, it offers a lot of variaty and you can pick from low cal or high cal meals which is perfect. The best part is the taste of the food. I'll be using them for the long run for sure

Alhumdulillah I’m glad I ordered meals from Khana prep. The meals were delicious and filling. Also I’ve been on track ever since and don’t get cravings as much.

Its perfect for me and my husband, we're super busy and just don't have the time to cook, so Khana Prep is ideal. My husband initially lost 30kg by using these meals alongside his workout routine so that's amazing! I'm slowly trying to shift the baby weight and already lost some and that's without any excercise.

The meals are incredible, I love the variety and how the menu changes every week.

Portion sizes are perfect for me, as it allows me to stay in a calorie deficit without counting calories all day.

The best halal meal prep company in the country in my opinion. The quality and taste of the food is great, the service is speedy and most importantly I’m able to save time day-to-day to get the right amount of macronutrients in my diet. Being with Khanaprep has significantly improved my ability to build muscle and cut fat, and it’s all in one place. Would recommend to any young professional you does not have time meal prep at home but still wants to hit the gym consistently!

Food does not taste very good. Chicken tastes funny and food is quite bland. Was sick from the food on multiple occasions. At first thought I had a bug then realised everytime I ate one of the meals I was sick. Not the meal prep for me

Portion sizes are very small for a regular. Some of the food spilled out the box during delivery. I noticed there's no "This way up" sticker on the box. The cold packs they sent it with all melted by the time they arrived.

It's the first time I'd ordered from this company but the website was good to use
I had 3 meals so far eaten 2 both lovely packed in simple packaging nothing fancy
I gave them a delivery date and it arrived on that date by dpd courier service
Yes, I enjoyed my experience I would order from them again

meals are acc good - shredded beef is my fav so far; the subscription service is super easy to manage and to swap out meals and also to update when new items come out;
easy storage and labelled all perfect;
can’t fault it - dropped 5.5kg in 19 days just on these meals alone

Food taste great! Only problem is the Macros are incorrect and couldnt get any help via email.

Shelf life is 3 days.. yes you can freeze them but needs to be longer.

I did read quite a few reviews before I purchased my meals and I have to admit there is a weird smell in the meals like it’s gone off, I put all my meals in the freezer and I only took them out when I needed to eat them, the packaging of the meals is terrible and I think they should provide the sauces separately not put them in the meals, if you freeze the meals the sauces just go watery & off. Would I purchase these again? Well NO

Great fresh food. Flavoursome and good portions. Worth the buy.

The meals are super tasty and the food arrived promptly. They always provide exceptional service.

Great food with great food and don’t let me get bored with different varieties, would highly recommend it
