Clean house…
The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had our 3yo sleeping without interruptions at night. She really loved the place.
Hot water available and all the utensils/pots needed in the kitchen to cook.
No funny business with the security deposit, we got fully reimbursed without even emailing anyone to ask for it.

very nice apartment
The apartment is great, good value, clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable.
I booked the apartment via booking.com, after my booking I had to fill out additional forms (from KH Homes), send ID prove and received many emails which I found confusing and complicated.
I had a problem with opening the door but no one answered the emergency numbers provided in the email, which was frustrating. Ultimately I managed to get on hold of someone from KH Homes and they were really helpful and friendly.

Several factors unfortunately meant I could only score you just 2 stars.
The first was when I was initially contacted, a Sunday night at around 1700hrs requesting information. This was one day before travelling & the information wasn't readily available at this time of day. Even though I was away all that day I did reply & complete some of the forms but the messages kept coming until the final one which I received around 2130hrs. This should of all been sorted earlier in the week & the payment made sooner. The next was on arrival, though we were early, we did actually arrive at the time we told you we would but the person sent to meet us was around 15 minutes late but this wasn't the issue. The issue was trying to gain access to the underground parking where several calls had to be made to locate the correct keys and this took around 25 minutes before the keys were eventually located and we parked up. The third issue was the stifling temperature inside the building & the apartment. Though we didn't have the heat on, the temperature was unbearable especially at night so we had to leave doors and windows open. This however meant we could hear on two different nights a disturbance outside the apartment which on both occasions happened in the early hours of the morning. And finally the parking ticket on my van. I had made you aware that my was non commercial but this still didn't stop the over zealous parking attendants from putting a ticket on it for being an illegally parked commercial van. However your response was simply to say this was out of your control and for me to deal with, totally unacceptable especially as I didn't see anywhere in your TCs about you not being responsible if such matters should happen. Additionally I didn't see anywhere highlighting that you've had issues with this company previously, which you have. Had I known this then I would of brought my car instead but now I'm having to deal with a legal battle with this company, certainly not the ideal end to my holiday that's for sure. I will however finish on a positive note if I can and say the apartment was ideal for what we needed it for and was well presented but sadly me nor any of the others in the party will be returning.

The appartment was clean and tidy
The appartment was clean and tidy, as I would expect.
However, I was instructed to pick up my key and car park permit at another address. When I arrived there at 4pm, the key was not in the key safe. I had to make 2 phone calls and send an email. At 4.16 I was then told to go to the appartment where someone would meet me with the key. So I had a wasted journey around the oneway system.
I was offered a late check out as compensation but as I had to be some where at 9.30, this was no use to me.
I travel all over the UK and indeed, the rest of the world and have never had this type of service any where.

great area
great area, great views and a very nice apartment ! Only 2 slight grumbles, lounge seating not very comfy for watching tv etc for any length of time and found the booking process very log winded. but all turned out okay and would thoroughly recommend and visit again.

It's a great place
It's a great place. Everything you need and very clean. I particularly liked the outside space. I've only dropped a star because I would have liked one of the showers to be a power shower but that's just me being picky. I'll definitely stay here again.

Comfy clean and child friendly
Really great place, clean, comfortable, child friendly! Slightly disappointing that parking wasn’t available due to building works, and that the boiler broke meaning we had no hot water for a day, but these things happen and our stay and communication was great other than that!

Wonderful week in a spotless and beautiful apartment overlooking the Medway. Spent the evenings relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the river life.. perfect!

Great Holidays
The apartment was lovely. Not many places have spacious places as this apartment did. Great if you have a large family or kids.
Had everything you need including hoover! For me was great because easy to tidy up after kids.
Was very impressed. The host was amazing super lovely.
If we return to this area will be staying here again.
P.s. a lot of shops around including Aldi a few mins away from the apartment.
