Booked through Vrbo. Managed by Kasar Stays — and it was a total disaster from start to finish.
They changed the property address without telling us, and sent us to a drab, drive covered in rubbish and open black bin bags, uninviting house that looked nothing like what we booked. No warning. No apology.

Then came the hidden charges: a £150 pet fee and an early check-in charge — neither mentioned anywhere before booking.

We were left stranded, had to drive over an hour to find a last-minute hotel, and were only given a third of our money back despite receiving none of what we paid for.

Vrbo support tried to help, but after all the back-and-forth, we’re still out of pocket.

Kasar Stays Ltd is misleading, unprofessional, and not to be trusted. This whole experience was an absolute nightmare.

Avoid at all costs.

Super rude staff I cannot belive how I was treated i was dismissed and shouted at, please avoid this company they are not stable!!

Can never leave a bad review for this apartment, everything is perfect.
This is our 4th/5th time booking with Kasar Stays. Customer service is on spot.

I'm surprised to find that some dishes are dirty(not yet washed after eating) and the hot water supply in the bathroom is unstable.

We have stayed in nearly all of the Kasar Stays properties over the last month or so and they have all been perfect for us, perfectly situated for our purpose and clean with all the conveniences you expect.
The staff managing the properties are wonderfully pleasant, really helpful and easy to contact. The booking in information is really detailed.
Highly recommend for your stay.

They send me in prison for 10 months after complaining about froud

1) TV in lounge doesn't work
2) no soap in downstairs toilet
3) only 2 toilet rolls in total for 5 people for 2 nights so had to buy more
4) smaller bedroom door didn't close
5) upstairs toilet dirty on arrival
6) no instructions for appliances at all
7)no instructions for getting through gate etc sequence of events
8)no cafetière for price of accommodation

I got what i paid for. For 1 night, it was ok. Had a few complaints but it wasn't too bad.
What i didn't like were the stains covered up by a rug, the room was freezing and the heating was overpowering, the shower needed the limescale cleaning as it didn't spray in the right direction, the plugs were all in one space in the room and..... there wasn't an iron.

Apartment very basic, no curtains in one bedroom and living room. Bad smell of burning in kitchen like something had been badly burnt beforehand.

Unscrupulous best describes this host. I booked on Airbnb the have a KYC process, Host request government ID, which I was not comfortable which, it the first time in the history of me booking Airbnb that I have been asked for Government ID from a Host . I question what they are doing with peoples personal data! I asked for a refund after alam bells went of these guys seem untrustworthy. The Host was slow to respond and tactical. I Question why age is Required when to sign up with Airbnb you age is confirmed why do you require my ID and 50 other Host I have stayed with have never requested it. You have no right to have copies of peoples personal data in these times where FRAUD is at all time high? I just warn potential Guess of this and best to look else where all about Money and 0 customer service. Why hand over your all details for 1 night stay, when you can stay else that hassel free with having to jump though hoops, book at your own risk, you been warned!! You should feel ashamed you have taken Money and not delivered a service.

It's an amazing place to hangout with family.

Clean & well equipped flat 2nd floor flat. Very close to the station. On the main road. Parking free on the street after 8pm.
