Beautiful apartment with a stunning view! Good location close to the historic dockyard and a supermarket. The apartment was spacious and a quiet location, which was great! I certainly would go back and wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you

FAR too many emails and calls
If your idea of a trip away is nice and relaxing then this will be the opposite. The place itself is alright, some damages to stuff that need looking at but more annoyingly you will receive no less than 23 emails (not an exaggeration) before and afterwards, and multiple phone calls trying to confirm information that they already have. Getting into the property is tricky too.

We've looked into this issue and found out that we were not able to turn off the automatic emails once your booking was confirmed because of a brief technical issue with our system. Again, I do apologize for this.
As for the multiple phone calls, it is really our challenge on chasing guests for postcodes so that the booking and payment will push through. Otherwise, we will not be able to confirm the booking prior to arrival. We are already looking for alternative way on how to minimize the back and forth with the guest because of just one information.
I hope you'll give us another chance so that you can get the kind of relaxation and excellent service that we are known for.

Not ready for tourists needs
Pros for this apartment:
- Near the town centre;
- Good internet;
- Enough channels on TV.
Cons for this apartment:
- The key from the apartment needs to be collected from the office as their collection boxes are there. The office is far away from the train station. If you chose the apartment because it is 7 mins walk from the train station, then you will be very disappointed;
- The welcome pack will be sent to you 30 mins before arrival by email. This means you need to ensure that somehow you have access to your email to read a PDF file with instructions, and the email also may go in your SPAM folder.
- The number on the key is not the same as the number of the apartment. We went to the wrong apartment, believing that the key had the correct number, and we were lucky that the woman did not call the police. She was brave to open the door and ask us why we try to open her door, or maybe we were not the first ones who tried to open her door as the details on the key are misleading.
- Only one key will be provided to you; in case you would like to split as a family, it is not possible.
- The apartment is very tiny and outdated, and the picture does not reflect reality.
- There are no closets or wardrobes, and the luggage does not fit in the bedrooms. There is not enough space in the room.
- The plugs are placed in such places that it is impossible to charge mobile phones, tablets and laptops.
- The apartment is tidy but very dirty and smelly. There are holes in the wall.
- The showhorse is broken, and the bathroom is slippery.
- They mentioned that they have a kettle, a microwave and a toaster, but you can use only one simultaneously. The kitchen is so tiny that they just placed them on top of each other to make the apartment more attractive. They did not care if you could not use them at the same time.
- We were four people, and there are only two cups for tea. We were not able to have breakfast at the same time.
I can write more cons, but I assume you clearly understand that we did not find this apartment value for money. For the same price, we could book two rooms in the hotel in the centre of Maidstone. We had a lovely holiday, the only part we can not allow ourselves to say was perfect was the apartment, which unfortunately was a wrong choice.

As for the keys, we do not put our door numbers on the keys for security purposes. All our keys have keycodes which are a mixture of numbers and letters. The door numbers are stated in welcome packs for guests to use along with other information that guests can use regarding the property, even contact numbers to contact us.
As for the other issues, we are already looking into these and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. I've already requested for your information so that we can update you offline on the result of our investigation on the other issues that you've raised.

Wonderful experience overall
Wonderful experience overall! Fantastic communication and a lovely place to stay for what me and my friends needed, the train stations is a few minutes walk away which was more than ideal, highly recommended for those who want a nice clean place to stay for a few days if not longer!

Clean and perfect for couple
Very cosy good area for shopping or seeing friends and family. Everything was fully working very clean and nice little glass door and we saw some nice fox’s 😊

Weekend stay.
We found the apartment easily and was greeted by a friendly member of staff.. it was modern and spacious with a beautiful balcony. Ideal for our wedding and visit to nearby Ashford outlet.

No shower gel or shampoo in the shower room, no curtains in the front room, lack of communication with the company as to collect keys, had to get a taxi to collage rood and back for 27£.
Won’t stay again!!!

We also checked with our team to know more about what happened.
It is part of our service to send the Welcome Packs wherein all information regarding your booking prior to your check in are written. Per checking, we did send these to your email before arrival and it is indicated there that you will be collecting the keys from a separate location. The original ETA was advised at 9PM but since you only arrived at 1AM, we no longer have our staff on stand by to drive from the office to your accommodation, in the event that you were not able to read the welcome pack, to deliver the keys.
As for the curtains, yes we do not have curtains in the living room, which is also seen in our photos online. However, these can be provided per request.
Lastly, for the shower gel and shampoo, we are verifying with the cleaner that day on the status of this. We do make sure that we provide all the promised inclusions in your bookings to make sure that you enjoy your stay.
I do apologize for the inconvenience and we hope that you will return to our properties one day.

Great Stay
We stayed at the apartment for a night, arrived relatively late, which didn’t cause an issue and was met with understanding. We were politely showed round and given the permit for parking. Facilities were great, it was clean and it was quiet. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Beautiful apartment.
We book the apartment to go and visit family. Right from the off communications were fantastic. All enquiries were answered promptly and really well. When we arrived the gentleman who met us was friendly and helpful, he explained where all the local amenities where. The apartment itself was beautiful. We had toiletries to use and plenty of towels. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower, the other with a good sized bath. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a blender and coffee machine. The bedrooms were both a good size and the beds where really comfy. The balcony gave amazing views across the river and had a table and chairs to use. I would highly recommend booking this apartment and using this company. Will definitely rebook next time we are down

Lovely house - recommend!
The house itself was perfect for what we needed. Nice clean accommodation, everyone slept well and the house had everything you needed apart from an iron. The only problem we had was not getting the number of the key safe before hand like they had communicated they would and we had to wait outside and call the agent 3 times before we could access the property.
