I loved it and I loved the service. I get a lot of laughs out of my shirt.

Ordered 2 shirts on July 11, after contacting them, surprise! one of them appeared (seriously) 2 days later ... I attempted to input all of my contact info to their site to check on the status of the other shirt - it wouldn’t recognize me no matter what I did. I sent an email to their help desk - returned - undeliverable. Called them - sat on hold for an hour and 45 minutes, only to have the automated system say system error and hang up on me. I continued to call and no luck. But! Surprisingly, the following day (after finding the same shirt for my husband elsewhere) it arrived in the mail. And today, I received the tracking info. The ONLY reason I am even giving them TWO stars? The shirts were correct and exactly what we wanted. They just really need to improve customer service and make it a real person experience - I know we are in a Covid-19 crisis, but have a remote customer service help center - this would keep people employed and customers happy. Instead of thinking we found a place to buy unique shirts, we are disappointed and giving this bad review (and will make no further purchases).

Loved the shirt. Quality and printing were perfect. However sizing was the problem. I thought I was ordering a women’s v neck large and it’s a men’s large. So I won’t get to wear it like I’d planned. Maybe as a sleep shirt now

The T-shirt I ordered was exactly as described the print was great the color of my shirt was great and it arrived sooner than expected

Kiaoratees is a joke as a business that is supposedly in the printed tee business. I placed a order on June 11..today is July 20..The item is paid for but I haven't received the item as of yet..I have emailed them not once not twice but probably 4 times..I attempted to call them but it's automated with no actual person to talk to..All I get is the same BS response. I filed a complaint with the BBB in Indiana today.. I have came to the conclusion this business that goes by the name Kiaoratees is not a legitimate or trustworthy business..So if I was a representative of Tee-Shirt Planet I would really consider removing Kiaoratees..Thanks

Placed order on June 12th. Looked at the delivery projection and it is being printed. After a month?! It goes on to say that it will not ship for anywhere between 10 - 20 days. My bill came in today and I won't receive this t-shirt for at least 10 days. Bought for a b- day present for a friend who's birthday was July 7. I figured I would have gotten it before her birthday. Not a happy customer.

Fast shipping and product exactly as described!

Ordered 2 shirts on July 3. Haven't received either yet. Got an email this morning that 1 had shipped. I've kept contacting them and they would tell me a different time they would ship. ALL LIES! Don't waste your time with this company, bad service, lies and slow delivery times.

Been waiting almost a month for my shirts. They refused to give me a refund. I believe this company is a scam!!
