Great product, warranty and service
I bent the hinge on my Kiaura glasses while biking (took a bit of "header". Fortunately not seriously injured.) It was impressive the hinge didn't snap. I didn't want to put too much stress on the hinge in trying to bend it back and decided to order a new pair. I mentioned the accident when I ordered a new pair and the Kiaura rep advised of the "Replacement" guarantee and was more than helpful in getting them shipped. Great sunglasses, an awesome warranty and outstanding customer service!!!

I own two pairs of the lautner xl sunglasses and they are by far my favorite! I did have an issue with one of them breaking, and the company was absolutely amazing with handling the issue and getting me a new pair. Highly recommended.
Kiaura is the BEST quality
The quality of the sunglasses are better than any that I have ever owned, they are super high quality and I put them through so much and they still stand the test of time. The one time they broke was when a buddy ran over then with his truck and the team replaced it IMMEDIATELY with their promotion. They stay true to their word, provide a great product and service. KIAURA is the only sunglasses I’ll ever get again

Really bad customer service. They didn't arrive after a month so I asked to cancel the order, then I suddenly received a shipping notification. I asked for a refund and now they are not replying to my email.
Avoid this company
Almost a month and still have not received. Customer service is terrible. When or if the sunnies arrive it doesn't sound (from other honest reviews, not on their website) I won't be pleased. Stay away from this company guys.
Dishonest business practices
I cannot speak to the quality of the sunglasses as I didn't end up keeping any of them, however Kiaura's service is abysmal.
The sunglasses came quickly on March 17th, and I was excited because Kiaura purportedly have a "try before you buy" option where they allow you to try on 5 pairs, free of charge for a week. I requested a return label a couple days after I got them because I didn't vibe with the frames.
They sent me a response, saying that they "are currently experiencing a technical issue with creating return labels" asking for my patience. I let them know that that's fine, but that my trial is up in a few days and if they could make sure not to charge me as my not being able to return their glasses within the allotted time isnt my fault.
They responded:
"The process for the TryNow orders is as follows:
When a customer orders a TryNow order from us, they have 7 days to try them on, and when they want to return all the items, we need to process the payment to create the return label. Once we have the items back in our hands, we refund you the total amount for all items sent back to us. This is because it has happened in the past where customers provide us with return tracking information but they never send the package back. I hope you understand this process."
So, "try before you buy" isn't really a thing, which is pretty frustrating. Especially when your card gets a $500 charge you weren't expecting. While I understand their concern, this is something that should be clearly stated.
I sent the return once I got the label (which involved several more reminder emails on my end and a wait until the end of March) and I can see that Kiaura received it on April 3rd. I have since emailed them several times and my refund has *still* not been processed (as of writing this on April 19th).
I highly advise avoiding dealing with this company as they are definitely not transparent and do not have appropriate or honest business practices.
Double Trouble: Two Pairs of Kiara Sunglasses Bent, and Customer Service Made It Worse
I bought a pair of Kiara Lautner XL sunglasses about seven months ago and initially loved them. However, after a few months, they bent and became too wide, constantly sliding down my face. I decided to give them another chance and bought a second pair, only to have them bend in the same way as the first.
When I contacted customer service, they informed me that only one pair was covered under warranty because I bought one at full price and got the other through a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Apparently, the free ones aren’t covered under warranty, which seems ridiculous to me.
They promised to send a replacement pair but sent the wrong ones. When I pointed out their mistake, they told me to send back the incorrect pair within 30 days, and only then would they send the right ones. I argued that this was their error, not mine, and that I shouldn’t have to go through the hassle. Their response? That’s just their policy.
So here we are—two stars. The sunglasses look great, but the customer service and product reliability deserve zero stars.
XL not true
The glasses themselves are cute and sturdy. But whatever they call the XL size is not XL at all. They present pictures on their website with big bearded man wearing these glasses, and it looks fine. So my husband is a big bearded man, but - they are tiny on him... They are actually looking good on me - a medium-sized lady. So do not trust the XL size. Other than that the glasses are fine.
1 Year and Going Strong
I bought a pair of Kafmann glasses in the whiskey color a over a year ago through social media. I have had nothing but compliments on them and the quality is really good. I have put them in pockets, my two year old went to town on them a couple times, and I have dropped them by accident. Nothing but good things about this brand in my experience.
