I recently signed up for Kibo Merchant Services and just got my account set up. I processed my first client payment for $725, but the funds were put on hold. What really upset me is that Kibo made no attempt to contact me—no email or phone call to explain the situation.
After waiting a day for the funds to show up in my account and seeing nothing, I reached out to Kibo support. They informed me that the funds were on hold and said the risk team should have emailed me, but I never received any communication from Kibo.
I’m extremely disappointed in how Kibo has handled my business. I worked hard to earn that money and delivered the promised service. I need those funds deposited into my bank account immediately.

What Makes a Merchant Company a Cut Above The Rest?
Ryan makes this company proud, it is very hard to deal with merchant companies these days, they come across as impersonal, trying to up sell you on everything that you don't need and on top of that they hardly ever listen to what you want because they are running off at the mouth and you cannot get a word in edgewise ,too exhausting to say the least.
Ryan listens to you very quietly and take notes which I like and he repeats what you say to make sure he has written down what you have asked for and when he did not have the answer he made it his business to find out and got back to me right away, he operates as any business should that services the public at large, he puts the human back in humanity and as long as I am a business needing merchant services he will always have my business here at Kibopay.
