Absolutely terrible, paid for two boxes of mangoes that were never delivered. reached out to them on their email many times (phone number not reachable) to let them know and no one has come back to me. The business should have its license revoked.

Paid over £50 and never received my order. They have HORRIBLE customer service as it’s been over weeks and they still haven’t responded to my emails. There is no other form of contact and you never hear from them on any updates / changes. I’ve reported this website as fraud and would advise people to stay clear as it’ll only scam you.

I would give Zero if possible.
We ordered mangoes which were twice the normal price and when delivered were rotten. I’ve written three times by email and there is a telephone number which you cannot speak to anyone or leave a message. Do not buy from this company.
Unfortunately, I cannot find how to add photographs of the produce which would speak for itself.

If I could leave zero stars I would. After placing an order the delivery details had not updated after 2 weeks. I emailed and phoned but no reply. Now 8 weeks and nothing. They take your money for nothing.

I ordered 800g of loose instant masala tea. I received 180g of teabags in a squashed, ripped box.
My email bounced back, voicemail box is not accepting messages and there is no reply on their live chat.
I am kicking myself for not checking the reviews before buying.
Don't be tempted by what seem to be competitive prices. They under deliver and then there's no way to contact them.
I have informed my credit card company who have been brilliant and are following up.

This business needs to be given a zero star. I placed an order for £70 and received items worth £34. I was not emailed to inform about the missing items nor received a refund.
The company's email address does not exist, as emails bounce back. The phone number is fake and goes to a recording device. Poor service all around.
If there is no contact from the company to resolve this issue on this platform and offer me my refund, I will report them to the credit card company, trading standards and crime unit for digital fraud.

I have received a wrong order. Order number is #KS926465GB . Order was for 600gm packs and but I have received 200gm.
There is no contact number to reach them. Sent an email, no reply; left voice message on the number provided, no reply.

One of the worst i have ever seen, phones dont work, emails dont work every mails you send them bounce back, no reply on chat.one of the most irresponsible store i have ever come across. Please do not buy anything online with them. Almost 14 days still mot received my order had requested for refund has soon has i ordered no response either. Will never shop with them ever again.

I ordered mangoes but had to chase up the order, so it wasn't delivered on time. 2 of the mangoes were rotten. One other box had really awful quality that you wouldn't even look at in store.
The mangoes are massively over-priced and you would expect better quality and service for these prices. I strongly advise against using this store.

Ordered a box of mangoes that didn’t arrive. Have tried to contact the company several times to request a refund and got no response.

Had ordered 6 mangoes. All of them were over ripe and a few rotten. This kind of fraudulent sites should be stopped.

2 out of 6 mangoes were overripe and had to throw out. No response to emails. No response to online chat. Will report to trading standards

Ordered alphonso mangoes. Received absolute rubbish. Avoid.

Hi ,I ordered turmeric tea and I tracked my order I seeing that I received 2 hour a go when is not true, tried to contact the company mail box full ,send email no answer... If this issue doesn't sort out in next 24 hours I will go forward.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with this store. I have paid for a small order and nothing has arrived. I've emailed - no response. I've tried calling - the number given is a mailbox and it is full! There is no record of my order when I sign in. All very suspicious and totally wrong!

Paid £75 for products and no delivery/email update - not picking up phone, responding on social media and absolutely absconded with no response to emails.

Rubbish - DO NOT BUY FROM here!!!

I placed an order for a fruit box ad stated the delivery would be 3 days the order arrived 8 days later.
I ordered a box of mixed fruit what arrived was a box full of damaged and poor quality fruit missing was melon grapes and pears so I had a box of apples bananas (black) and 3 plums (squashed) put in a cardboard box not like the picture on their online advert.
I have called them on 2 occasions only to have a voicemail saying this mail box is full.
I have also sent 3 emails 1 of which showed the pictures of the damaged and black bananas.
How on earth do they expect you pass this on as a gift in such poor condition.
I would say PLEASE PLEASE ! do not buy anything from the company you are only throwing your money away as they will not take responsibility or refund.

Placed my order & recieved no problem but was sent out of date products.Tried contacting few times but no response .

Ordered mangoes for my son. First of all there wasn't any delivery for quite sometime and couldn't track either. After several message to the store finally received rotten mangoes (please see the image below). Have been trying to contact them but ......These guys have no ethics at all. Openly cheating. Hope someone in authority takes note of it.
