Ordered mangoes and never received them
Ordered mangoes last week- the tracking number shows delivered but they never did deliver anything. No chats or emails answered. Cheated- wish had looked at the reviews before I ordered.

I bought 2 boxes of mangoes from them. I spent £60 for these two boxes and I got one box full of rotten mangoes and the other box had bad mangoes when I cut them open. It’s looks like these mangoes have been ripened before time artificially as it tasted like chemicals when I tasted one. There is no customer support. Their chat is offline all the time, they don’t reply to the email and the phone number provided does not take calls but just voice messages and it’s full so you can’t even send a voice message. This is a big scam and I am going to complain against them at the consumer court and since they didn’t give a refund or an exchange I am putting in for a credit card dispute. Don’t buy anything from them. This store is a scam.

An unhappy customer… Got ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes for £29.99 but all were marked from outside. Paid £5 extra what they are available for just for those special variety. When I chatted with them, there was a condition for refunding my postage charges( should be in good resell condition) when I didn’t receive them in good condition, been perishable you can’t expect it to be in good condition after 2days…….

I spent £30++ on a box of rotten mangoes, sent photos and emails within hours of receipt, and no one responded. I have used chat, tried phoning, and each is like a brick wall. Really awful trading service and am seeking a way to report this dreadful firm.
Assam Tea
After all the negative reviews I wasn’t expecting to receive my order but it arrived today! Took about 12 days to arrive but it was well wrapped and was tea so as expected. Thank you 😊

Impossible to deal with
I ordered an item a week ago but have not received any acknowledgement. Cannot chat online because they are not online at present. Phone calls go to a mailbox but that is full and not accepting any messages.
I no longer want the item having had to order elsewhere but cannot contact them to tell them so.

Would give zero stars if i could. I was sent the wrong items. Never any answer on the phone. I emailed and it took days to get a response. Was promised a replacement and returns label to send back wrong order. I received nothing. After several further emails i am now being ignored. I have just requested a refund though i doubt i will get a response from that either. So i will have to escalate the issue further. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

First order 6 x large mangoes. Some were mushy and completely old and some were rock hard. I could only eat one of them, the rest went in the bin. Shocking customer service - no answer and then an email to say they'll refund and no communication since. Thought I'd try one more order of smaller mangoes x 12 and the same thing... 10 went in the bin, either rock hard or completely mushy inside. Have taken pictures. Basically spent £60 for mangoes I couldn't eat.

I ordered mangos, mango were of very poor quality , mouldy and rotten. I have purchased mangos online from other stores such as kundan's and local market have received them in a good condition. This happened in both the orders. I am waiting for refund l.
What terrible service and communications!
I ordered 4kg of green tomatoes on 2 previous occasions, and they arrived on time and in good condition. This time, however, Kichri has failed abysmally. Encouraged by my previous experiences, I ordered 5kg of green tomatoes on 17th May. After a 10-day wait, only 2kg of tomatoes were delivered. No explanation was offered about the remaining 3kg. I have emailed Kichri on 2 occasions and attempted to use their chat facility. In all cases, there has been no response. I wish I had read other reviews before placing this order. Kichri now appears to be behaving unethically. I am now considering small claims litigation -just as a matter of principle.

Just tried out this store for the first time. Have used many other online Asian grocery stores and have had excellent service. I appreciate things can go wrong, it’s how it’s put right!
It’s taken a week for my order to arrive, after numerous emails I was told my order was cancelled and re activated… I was not notified.
Finally, I got a shipped email yesterday but no notifications from the courier company who delivered early this morning without notice.
The fresh herbs were dried up and shoved in a plastic bag.
Green Chillies were half red
Garlic was partially removed from original mesh packaging.. torn mesh packaging left in the plastic bag
Garlic was old and sprouting
No reply to email ( with pics) .. called several times, used chat. Finally, at midday someone picked up and then told me only 1 garlic bulb was going to be refunded plus herbs.
Expensive Kesar and Alphonso mangos look in good condition but I’ve never seen such small mangos!
No apology or actions to put things right, in fact they were arguing the points with me… unbelievable!
You have been warned, I would never use or recommend this company again.
Poor quality, missed items.
This is my second order. I had a similar experience the first time and hence writing this review.
I ordered mangos of two varieties - Junagadh Kesar and Alphonso. Both mango varieties were of poor quality. They were mouldy and rotten. I have purchased mangos online from other stores such as Red Rickshaw and local market have received them in a good condition. This happened in both the orders.
I also ordered Parle-G which was completely missed from the order.
I ordered two ketchup bottles which were well packaged and were received.
Disgusting store
It's the worst ever online store. It's a caution!! Do not buy anything from this disgusting store. Many items were missing in the package that was delivered to me and also the vegetables were not packed properly so they were rotten. When I emailed they said they will look into it and never got back. No response to my calls or emails. £20 worth products were not delivered at all and some of the products that were delivered were not in good condition.

Reliable delivery. I got response within a few hours after I drop them email. Mangoes received were sweet and tasty. Ordering experience is good except web comments scared me and made me worry on their reliability

To be honest shopping from these people has been a bad experience . One item was missing and tried contacting them. No one picks up the phone . Not sure what email address they use. Live chat is unmanned most of the time and was not satisfied with their responses when they do find time to reply!. Not only was one item missing but the food that was sent ( Flatbreads) were due to go out of date in a few weeks . I have taken the payment option with my bank to get a refund !
