I’m shocked by the drop in quality of Kickers. I’ve owned several pairs of the Legendiknew series. They were robust, super comfy, classy. The current iteration is like a parody of the predecessors. The vibe here is SKIMPY- something made with an emphasis on paring back on every single penny of the manufacturing cost.
Kickers quality has seriously declined and do not recommend

I am very disappointed with the quality of these school shoes. I purchased them online on 28 August 2025 for £65, and after only around three months of normal school use, they have already torn.
This is completely unacceptable for school shoes at this price point. Even more frustrating is that we had the same issue last year with another pair from the same company, which also lasted only a few months.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend these shoes. They are poor quality and not durable, and certainly not worth the price.
Poor customer service
I paid for next day delivery and it never arrived on that day.When i received my order it was totally a different model which was cheaper than I have chosen.I had to send it back and run for shopping as the school was starting in next couple of days.The worst I have not received my refund until now after 3weeks.

I bought my 7 year old some Tovni Twin Flex Leather Plimsoll School Shoe and paid £45 and after 3 months I’ve had to throw them in the bin. Plus they don’t even feel like leather.
The have come apart at the front all the stitching has come of at the side. To say they were expensive they are rubbish. I will NEVER buy kickers again.
I’ve known parents by their kids cheaper shoes and they have lasted longer.

I bought a pair of kickers for my 6YO…
I bought a pair of kickers for my 6YO for school, 2 weeks ago. I paid £52 and after 2 weeks (worn 10 times) I can put them in the bin. They are scruffy and seem 10 years old. Also, they are peeling, supposedly they were leather shoes. I am now buying clarks again, and very angry to myself for having changed brand.

I have bought 2 pairs of Kickers Sushy blue and brown for my twins, not from Kickers directly, but from their partner Sarenza. After 3–4 times of use, the stitching has opened and the sole has broken. On Kicker's website, it says that their shoes are robust and durable for children. Sarenza has rejected my claim as they believe it is due to use. I contacted Kickers to ask for their help. First, they didn't answer for 1 1/2 weeks. I contacted their receptionist, and she had them call me back the same day. The response from them was that they cannot reply to my email, as I have not bought the shoes from them. The only thing I asked of them, was to reply that they don't think it is due to use which I could hear from the lady I spoke with she agreed on, then I could forward the email to Sarenza. She was not willing to do that at all. Don't buy Kickers bad quality and service.
return label not generated/ no response
I bought 2 pairs of shoes and wanted to sent one back. I got the confirmation for the devoluction but the system showed me an error when I tried to print the return label. Not able to generate it. I wrote several mails in several languages, to different adresses I found. Never got a response. The green button on the website for contact also don't work. Trying to call also impossible always occupied. Now I started a customer complaint via Paypal.
I wore Kickers for many years but I think its not worth to repeat. Very bad experience. I hope I will be able to return the shoes I don't want to keep and to get my money back. Never thought that I could be dissapointed ordering on the homepage of a famous brand.
No return label
I should've read reviews here before ordering from kickers.com. ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my son, wanted to send one back and they say due to a technical issue at their end I need to pay for the return myself and they would refund. The return from Germany to France would cost 15€. I could not trust that they would refund my money plus shipping. The customer service could have send me a paid return label.

I returned 2 pairs of shoes that simply didn’t fit. I have been waiting 7 weeks now for a refund and received nothing. Responses to emails are repetitive and frustrating, making promises that don’t happen. ie your payment will be with you 3-5 working days. I have asked 3 times for a complaints email address or head office email address, which they have completely avoided providing. Feels like Kickers are trying to get me to give up and go away? Don’t think so. Return my payment kickers!!!!!

Placed an order, never received it, multiple times contacted kickers australia via website, nothing. Contacted my bank after 6 weeks and money refunded!! Thanks for nothing.
Poor quality & customer service - Avoid
I remember Kickers as a brand that stood for good quality shoes. So I bought a pair for my son from the webshop. After 2 weeks the buckle of the lace broke off so I contacted their customer service for a warranty claim.
They asked me to go too a local shoe repair center, let it repair and then send the invoice for refund. The cost of repair was €15. When I had sent the invoice back to the customer support, they told they could only refund €5. Total scam!
This was their answer : "We would like to inform you that our limit of liability for this service is estimated at a maximum of €5.00. However, if you accept our proposal, please confirm it by returning this email."

Ordered shoes and received wrong ones phoned up to process a return and for the correct ones to be sent then was given a refund instead then had to re order the ones I had ordered but the second time my NHS discount didn’t go through so then was charged more than the original order was told I’d be given £5 good will gesture and that they would refund my NHS discount with the good will gesture to my account the new shoes arrived lasted 2 days and were already scuffed badly and the laces falling apart had to send back didn’t receive my refund had to phone numerous times then was told new ones could be sent out to replace but the good will gesture can only be given as a credit note!!! And my discount would eventually be applied and my new shoes would come in 1-2 weeks in which case I’d have to purchase school shoes from somewhere else so my daughter has some in the meantime costing me more money now they are sending them faster because I given proof of return but told nothing can be done about the £5 good will gesture so all that time in numerous calls incompetent staff and trips in petrol to post office etc all at a cost nothing but an apology disgraced by the service I will never shop there again after these shoes are used so someone else may as well have my £5 good will gesture how bad is that, the first two calls I made to them out of about 8-10 calls being made they didn’t even apologise! This has been ongoing over weeks and weeks and weeks as well so wasn’t resolved quickly either

It has been a very poor experience dealing with kickers this new school year: the quality of the shoes are very inadequate. I as a customer returned the shoes in good time and have had to chase my refunds a number of times.
The customer service chat lack comprehension. You provide them with proof, wait for hours for a response for them to ask for proof. It’s like they are openly mocking the customer. You call in to speak to managers and you get guard dogs like Joseph who refuse to escalate the call - he wants to know why and if you tell him why he wants to know more. Very aggravating.
I will contact my bank for a chargeback at this point. They received their goods there for have no right to with hold my money.
Absolutely disgraceful.
