So starting out i really did like this website it has alot of great games and easy deposit methods among other things. I had already verified and redeemed a $100 visa gift card with minimal issues. I play online regurly so i deposit regularly to play with the peace of mind that i will be able to redeem. I finally hit $1000 bucks and redeem….. shortly after i recieve an e mail stating that they need documentation of my w2s, pay stubs, 1099, and not sure what else. Fine i tried sending all that in but when i would push submit it kept saying failed. I let kickr support know that was going on with screenshots and never got a response. So i thought ok wait till tomorrow maybe they’ll respond tomorrow….. 3 days later nothing and by this time i got another $3900 bucks in my acct!! Never got an answer, acct redemptions were locked and just lost out on everything including all my deposits. This really ruined playing online for me. Thanks kickr! A bunch of thieves if you ask me!

Great variety of games. Loving the original games too. The leaderboard events are pretty cool, managed to get 2nd place in one of them. Pretty fast redemption time. Don't know what "Leagues" is yet but looks like some VIP system, so I am hoping that gets implemented soon because right now it just says it will return.

Redeemed a $50 Google Play gift card that got my account locked from using my Google Play balance. I contacted their support and they gave a generic reply about VISA giftcards for some reason. I tried to clarify that it was not even a VISA giftcard, but a Google Play card and they have not responded for over 2 weeks. Now my entire Google Play balance is locked and unusable. Do not trust this company.

Signed up on their website two hours ago. They state on their website that it takes less than 5 minutes to get verified and start playing. Not only did they require more information (social security number, driver's license, etc.) than any other online casino, but they also take way longer to get setup. It's now been 4 hours and I still can't play. To make matters worse, they have no live chat option. I submitted an email over an hour ago and have received no response yet. We'll see how it goes, but this isn't looking to promising.

You can purchase a package of 199.99 and receive 205 bucks instantly for doing so. The companies has told me they intentionally limit how many mail in request posted to my player account as they limit all mail in request by post to make it fair for all mail in request players. This in itself shows they have not treated me equally as a paid entrant into their sweepstakes.Date of occurrence is 7/23 and 8/12. I have emails and screenshots that verify the information given.I contacted the company in regard to these unfair business practices as laid out in their terms on their website and it has been over 30 days with no reply.

It was better with there was hourly drip as well. They also removed black jack cause they can't hang. Really liked this place better a month ago. Also the raised minimum bets on the last table game standing is just gross.
