I am a gold member for some time (more than one year). Suddenly I've noticed like a month back that my personal offers have disappeared (20% for a product, 20% for a make up product, and so on). I have to mention that I shop frequently from Kicks.
They said that my offers depend on my shopping pattern. In other words if you do not shop every month, they just revoke your discounts??? Nice company policy

Reflections on Perfumes

Salespeople are nice but have no experience in perfumes.
Perfumes testers may be original, but they are not always the same we buy online or from kicks stores.
Recommendations like using Vaseline & no customer guarantees..and other excuses are nonsense…
As a longtime customer, i hope the store continues to improve and provide a better experience for perfume lovers,,,

High end fragrance without original package

Kicks sent me a fragrance without its original package and unsealed. This is a high end fragrance and I know how they are packed by the brand. Kicks offered to take the product back it is not opened and not used. How am i able to return it that way when it did not even come to me un-opened and impossible to say if it was used or not. Very bad service and would have been very bad look for the fragnance brand as well. Luckily I know how they should be packed.

Racist

I went to kicks in högdalen trying to buy something new but unluckly i ended up being handcuff by the police because the saler saw me wearing all black clothes and am tall and too dark base on that she calleds the police telling me that she was not safe from me which angers me but i keep calm and the police took me for drugs test, am hoping that the results come out soon lets stand against racism someone colour nor appearence should not makes you hates them or suspects them,you can give me a helping hand by not buying from kicks

Poor customer service...

A couple of weeks ago I bought swati coloured lenses from Kicks Norge. The lenses were of a very bad quality, they did not stay in place in my eyes, they were sliding around and getting under the eyelids every minute. I could wear them for only 10 minutes.
I contacted Kicks customer service and asked if they would consider refunding the lenses since I did not use them at all... They replied that they are not going to refund the money despite the fact that the product quality is extremely low.
This is very disappointing because I have been Kicks Norge customer for a long time and spent thousands on various products and never returned anything...
Such a shame...
They just lost a good customer...

they send SMS without permission

It's impossible to unsubscribe for newsletter, and they send SMS on my phone which is impossible to unsubscribe too, if I try do it in their website, an error message occur, and it happan again, and again and again... infinite.
This company IS NOT TRUSTABLE, if you do such ilegal things, it mean you don't have respect neither care about customers.

when you arrive to do your shopping you are usually greeted by this lunatic that works at mack cosmetics and screams welcome to everyone. her voice and demeanor is so annoying that most likely indicates that she suffers from some kind of syndrome or maybe bipolar disorder. then if you are at the store longer comes the better part. the 4 women squad that works there. usually seating behind the counter or somewhere in the back room leaving the store to run its own course. those women think that by being rude to the customers and not helpful at all will increase profits and at the same time reduce the covid pandemic. whoever reads this will be able to understand what is really going on at this store the minute they will enter . be aware and read the hundreds of complaints and reviews that already exist

I asked the kunderservice for their assistance to help get my package to helthjem that was unable to deliver to me. However, Kicks just ignore my followup for the status. Their service is awful as helthjem. My 570kr just flew away just like that. Very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience!!!!

Five days ago, at kocks.no, it was an offer 'buy for 800 nok or more and you get a goodies bag for a value of 800 nok'. I bought for about 1600 nok and got the products today, but without the goodies bag. I called them to report it and they answerd that the goodies bags were sold out. But when I bought online, the offer was anaunced in each window I navigated. Very disappointing experience!!!!

Awful experince during Black Friday and even MORE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEI NETTBUTIKK CANNOT BE TRUSTED if the products are truly still available or not, and their customer service agents have no empathy nor any sense of what good customer service means!!

Stayed up at 12am to order my favorite Rituals set that came on sale. Got a confirmation at 12:01 am that my products were successfully ordered. Three days later got a message THAT THEY COULD NOT DELIVER BECAUSE IT GOT SOLD OUT! HELLO??!!!

Called customer service to complain in the hopes that they could offer me a good compromise, but nope. Sorry, you were too late in ordering. Nothing else. That's it. Not even a single offer of a discount when the product comes back on sale.
