AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Very disappointed with this company and will never use again. There was absolutely no accountability on the seller’s end. I received a damaged item and even provided clear photos showing the issues, yet they denied any responsibility and instead tried to put the blame back on me as the customer. Rather than acknowledging the problem or offering a resolution, they chose to dismiss it completely. The only “solution” they ever offer is a $10 voucher, which doesn’t come close to addressing the actual problem. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that refuses to stand by their products or take ownership when something goes wrong.

Reliable although not always clear when answering questions
This was my first time using the website so I was a little bit anxious about purchasing here.
I sent a few emails to inquire about various topics and they kindly replied to each within a day although not so clearly on certain points (I personally didn't press them for more information because I don't believe they were properly understanding my issue, possibly because of language barriers?)
I was also worried about having to pay shipping duties/fees because of international shipping but I ended up not having to pay any at all which was sweet.

I sent more than 20 emails, and the company never replied. When they finally answered, they claimed they had never received my order — even though I had proof of purchase. This is unacceptable. Their return and exchange process is basically non-existent, and their customer service is ZERO. I would never recommend buying from KickSloan.”

Please take off unavailable sizes from site. I purchased a pair which was available at the time of purchase and later on was informed it’s not available. Had to wait nearly a month just to be told that size i purchases could not be restocked.

I ordered basketball shoes from here for the first time, and the experience was not pleasant at all. After 1 months of waiting, the shoes never arrived. I purchased through PayPal and after waiting 3 days for a response, they asked me to please cancel the PayPal claim. Btw its 7/7/25 and I am waiting for a refund or my item still 😕
Scummy Company don’t buy under any condition
Horrid communication and just ignore order. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and original eta was 7-14 days and it still hasn’t even been sent. Ignored my request and when responding responded really vaguely and dodged the question. Will never buy from here again and they straight up just lie saying there is a ‘restocking wait’ when the item was well in stock when I ordered. Terrible company can’t recommend less and would steer far clear of.
Edit: Instead of actually responding and trying to give an eta they just cancelled the order out of the blue. Bunch of scumbags don’t give them your money. Company lies about stock and supply trying to get you to buy then blames it on random things and try to ‘compensate’ by sending on ‘premium delivery’ when it would arrive 5 weeks after I ordered. Bunch of scammers never buy from here. Keep spamming my email trying to get me to remove negative review and are just in general not leaving me alone. ‘Amy’ from customer support is very annoying and has been harassing me for weeks trying to get me to remove this review. Please don’t give these scum your money.

Purchased the Gamma’s
Purchased the Gamma’s. SpeedX was the courier who ended up “losing” my package. Kicksown eventually sent me a new pair but the process was painstakingly slow and Kicksown wasn’t very decisive when I presented all the evidence for them. I will continue to support the company and I hope future transactions aren’t met with as much pushback especially when it is clear that the 3rd party courier is at fault.

Costumer service un willing to refund or send a new pair of shoes.
Bad costumer service
The product arrived in a timely manner, but it was faulty and broke down almost immediately. They refused to give any meaningful help other than a 10$ coupon on the next order.
