Honestly whoever the owner is she is so rude , I think as a customer I have the right to ask her questions if I have any doubts regarding the product ,she literally told me on my face to not ask questions and not rudely told me that if I want to ask so many questions it’s better if I don’t order so it’s good that I cancelled , now she just replied annoying customer if I can I’ll attach images of what she’s told and you decide if I was annoying or was she the weird one 😏 .
I mean see I literally have no issues with you ,just two days ago you wrote ‘super annoying customer’ and now you changed it to a genuine reply why?? Couldn’t you really have spoken to me like that , and if I asked you three questions because I had my doubts what is the issue weren’t you the one who told me that I’m not going to answer your questions cancel your order.

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with us didn’t meet your expectations. However, we feel it’s important to clarify a few points from our side, as transparency and honesty are core to how we operate at Kickyware.
From the beginning, we responded to your queries with patience and politeness — even when the conversation started with you accusing us of being "fake." Despite that, we still provided detailed proof of both the product and packaging, including a video (as requested), to reassure you of our authenticity.
Only after receiving all this evidence did you choose to proceed with the order. Yet even after that, concerns continued — including accusations about second-hand products due to a slightly distorted shipping box, something that can occasionally happen during transit and is unfortunately out of our control.
As a small business, we aim to provide quality products and customer support, even on low-margin items like your ₹1250 order — from which we make less than ₹100 profit. Spending two full days trying to prove our legitimacy for such a modest order was, honestly, disheartening.
We respect every customer's right to ask questions, and we go out of our way to help — but we also hope for the same respect and reasonableness in return.
We wish you the best and hope you find a shopping experience more in line with your expectations elsewhere.

Brilliant dinosaur tiffin
I purchased the dinosaur tiffin for my son and we couldn't be happier. The vibrant colours and adorable design immediately caught his attention. The box has multiple compartments making it perfect for packing a variety of foods. The delivery was also quick, arriving well before the expected date.

I bought dinosaur tiffin as a gift for my niece. She loved it and my sister was also happy as tiffin is spacious and keeps food fresh for longer. Also such innovative designs are not available in market.

Quality is sturdy n impressive.
Quality is sturdy n impressive at very affordable prices. I loved how spoons are given an extra tab to get hold at one place n they don’t make rattle noise in the tiffins. And with every good detail ,tiffins n bottles being stainless steel is cherry on the cake. Thank you Kickyware.
