Finally received the phones I bought for my children. Both phones will not connect to WiFi at all and are completely useless. I have contacted them through chat and email and no response. My kids love these and are so excited but they do not work.

After taking 3 long weeks to arrive both myself and my children have been really disappointed at the 2 smartphones I ordered from this company. The battery life is dreadful and runs down in such a short time, storage is poor and the phone keeps glitching, making it unfit for purpose! None of my numerous emails or comments regarding organising a refund have been replied to and I’m now very worried that this company is in fact a scam! Will contact Citizens Advice to see what my next step should be as there seems to be many other customers facing issues with this company also.

The phone arrived with a damaged screen protector. The phone very quickly runs out of battery so needs to be charged multiple times a day. There is very little storage to download apps. WhatsApp doesn’t work on the phone

Ordered this on 10th December... Still not arrived and was my 6 year old daughters main present. I emailed on 13th December and to my shock received a very speedy reply. The reply was very well written, sounded as though they genuinely wanted to help and told me it would be 9 working days (so I was aware it may not come for Christmas) I then replied to this to state of there was even a chance it wouldn't be there to refund me and stop the delivery (which could of been done as it wasn't even at the airport at that point). No response to this or any further email and just a very basic tracking service that I would compare to temu. It has only just gone to 'local courier' this morning and doesn't specify which courier, but more importantly I am not being notified of any of these updates and instead have to find the email and track manually each time. All the while, still no response or help from anyone after the first positive response.

I am unable to review the item as it is still not with me, however I would advise people to order from a UK company rather than china. I have seen the 'about us' section on their website .. and this is actually the bit that I trusted enough to purchase the phone. To then find out it's coming direct from china anyway so may aswell have ordered much cheaper from temu.

There was nothing wrong with my delivery address
It’s been my delivery address for 40 years and at no point did you ever try advise this until now . Because you want to seem like you had a legitimate reason for your scamming over Christmas!
Rather than taking accusations seriously how about you address all the complaints on here from other buyers who have been frauded and let down also and fix their problems rather than ignoring them !!
Like I said , only reason I got a refund was because pay pal refunded me as you didn’t even respond to their emails either!!!
How unprofessional! It’s a shame other people didn’t use their initiatives and use them too to ensure they were protected !
It’s as shame a lot of these other customers have lost their money and not having any support from your company rectifying their issues of not receiving their goods !! Instead you’re blocking them and ignoring them asking for their monies back !

It’s cruel to con people over Xmas ! Shows the level of genuinity and honesty from this company !

That’s a complete lie ! You didn’t refund it . I asked you to cancel the order and you stopped responding to my emails ! Luckily I purchased through pay pal so was able to raise a dispute ! They refunded me yesterday because you did not reply back to them either ! Not yourselves !
And if you read the majority of reviews on here you’ll see MANY customer’s are leaving bad reviews because of the same issue ! You lie and act like you’re a Uk company however you’re based in China !!

The “tracking “ hasn’t even moved since shipment received in China on 16.12.34
I placed order on 12th and had to message them on 16th about it then all of a sudden I receive a tracking number from them saying it’s shipped through Yun Express

Been tracking every day and no movement !
The company haven’t even responded back to emails since as they have took thousands of peoples money over Christmas and scammed them

Company trading name is actually splashblasters who have the worst reveied for scamming customers

I was very surprised how such a little phone could actually work I haven't used it for a child I'm using it for a handy little phone for work small and convenient does everything you want it to do calls texts internet you tube ect brilliant it arrived exactly when they said it would and a brilliant price aswell.

Firstly, my order was delivered with care and well packaged.
Secondly, It is a gift so I had to ensure it worked well and was easy to set up.
It’s great!! I’ve set it up to the WiFi so it’s already for my little one on Xmas day and downloaded her favourite apps to the kiddie phone.
It works great and is so cute. Perfect for those little hands. My LG is 5 years old so I won’t be putting a SIM card in as of yet just to be used on WiFi, but I know she will think she’s a big girl using a big girl phone!

Fast delivery and my kids aged 3 and 7 love it, oldest has wanted a phone but she too young so this is great for her to have all the games and apps without worrying about a phone since don't need to have them sim card in. She loves it and feels grown up now.

Bought this for my friends daughter for her birthday.
Arrived in plenty time, has cover and protector added in which is a bonus.
Easy set up and child really happy with it.
Especially like the parental controls on this to keep kids safe online.
Love that the kiddie team kept me informed with updates on shipping etc.
Would defo recommend this company and would purchase again

I bought the Kiddie Phone, the Kiddie Tablet and the watch as well. Happy in general with the products. However the delivery driver was not correct, he left our delivery to our neighbours, with whom we don’t speak often.

Do not buy, service and communication shocking.
Phone not arrived, and after questioning company, they don’t reply and just block you.

Ordered well in time for Christmas from an ad on facebook, which now appears to be false. 3 and half weeks later, and nothing. Looks like the phone is in some warehouse in China according to the info provided. Yet, they make it look like it's a company in the UK. Beware...company isn't legit!!

They will block you on social media if you question anything. I ordered well in advance, and there’s been no communication about where my order is. It seems like it’s still stuck in a warehouse somewhere in China. Don’t be lured in by cute advertising campaigns; there’s absolutely no customer support. They only respond if you ask about the item before you buy it. If you inquire about an order or have any issues, they will just ignore you. Can you imagine a company that deletes all negative comments and blocks customers? They’re very active on Facebook, and it looks like someone is always there to quickly delete any comments they don’t like. Imagine customers asking about orders they’ve paid for, which were falsely advertised with delivery times, and getting blocked for simply asking a question? It really says a lot about this company. I’ve never seen anything like it.
