Delivery could be better
Ordering was great and item arrived quickly. Unfortunately delivery was not so great. I'm not sure what company you use but the item was just left under the window at the front of my property. Had it been wet, my order would have been badly damaged.

It is unfortunate that you felt the need to leave a 1-star review despite never receiving a product from us.
Whilst you say there was a lack of communication, your order was cancelled as soon as we received it. You chose to ignore the additional cost to ship the item to Northern Ireland and selected our mainland UK shipping option.
You may find this bizarre, however as a small independent business, we welcome all the business that comes our way and so if we could ship to Northern Ireland in a cost effective way, we would do.

Cardboard house arrived 2 days after…
Cardboard house arrived 2 days after the kids birthday party which is a big disappointment even though we've paid for fast delivery few day in advance. It's a shame to leave not the greatest review for potentially great product (still unpacked as party's over, waiting for another occasion) but still feeling upset about not having one if our main planned activity.

Great for home and kids party!
Bought one for our three year olds birthday party, all kids loved colouring it with crayons and pencils and covering it with stickers! Coincidentally our friends bought one for our kids birthday too, which he’s painted with poster paints and loves. Can’t fault it, looks great, really sturdy and easy to colour and so much fun! Plus can be recycled when he’s finished playing with it… which is probably going to be a really long time!! Arrived promptly too.

Great party idea
We loved the castle and used it as the main activity at our daughter's 3rd birthday party. Kept them busy for ages! Delivery was quick too. Would definitely order again!
EDIT - two years on, we have repeated this party format for her 4th and 5th birthday. It's a constant winner!
