Had to contact customer services after trying to find the website for them to cancel a subscription I did not sign upto.
Person was very helpful and cancelled it though have still not received any email from them saying I had signed up or it had been cancelled.
Scammed me into thinking I was buying a bento box then charged me for a subscription.

Scam company that steals money from…
Scam company that steals money from people's account and never got my refund since 2023 I've been requesting for it long time it been months.
They recently wrote an email to threatening me to rate them 5 or 4 though I got the worst experience.
They even said I must write a nice review for future clients basically I must fool people and say this is the best company.
They don't care about clients or people who sign-up to their platform they just want your money.
Beware you shall be scammed.
Of course they will email me after this email and ask me to update my review for the second time now.
I will change the review after they have given me my refund back.
I will post about this on socials and promote it for it to trend.
