Is this a scam? Is this company still operating?

I've ordered a soft play set in March 2026 and I still haven't even received an answer to the several emails I have sent requesting an update or refund since it seems I will never receive the item.

I'm not sure if this is a scam or if the company closed but I want to be reimbursed.

Order not received and no response - feels like a scam

I placed an order in July 2025 for a ballpit from this company for my son’s first birthday. After months of waiting, the item never arrived. Even worse, customer service has completely ignored all of my emails and follow-up attempts.

This was something I had carefully saved up for, and it’s incredibly upsetting to have not only missed the birthday deadline, but to be left with no product and no refund.

At this point, it feels like this company may be fraudulent. I’ve had to escalate the issue by contacting the CEO directly, since all other communication channels are being ignored.

I strongly urge others to be cautious before placing an order here. Based on my experience, you may end up losing your money and getting no response or support in return

There was some mistake with my order

There was some mistake with my order . I ordered a flower set of 3 pillows but only I received 2 accidentally. I reached out to customer service and they were amazing and together we came to solution to get the missing pillow refund . 100% recommend this company. It not ideal to get order wrong but their customer service is brilliant.

This company are absolute con artists

This company are absolute con artists. I received my order which was incorrect, for months I have been emailing them trying to get a resolution and they have now stopped contact and are completely ignoring me. How a company can conduct themselves this way, mess up an order and then not rectify it for their customer. Do not waste your money, shamefull actions by these people. I will be looking into reporting them to European trading standards.

I do not recommend working with Kidkii.

Our experience with this company has been extremely negative. First of all, it’s important to highlight that they are not a manufacturer – they outsource production, and their actions have nothing to do with ecology, despite how they promote themselves.

We used to produce products for them, so we know for a fact that they are not a manufacturer – they outsourced everything to us. Furthermore, they still list products on their website that we used to make for them, even though we are no longer working together. This is misleading for customers.

The most serious issue, however, concerns their financial practices – as a supplier, we had major problems with them. Kidkii failed to pay our invoices, which can only be described as fraud. After we stopped working with them, they completely ceased communication.

I strongly advise against working with this company.

I ordered some balls for my…

I ordered some balls for my grandchild's ball pit for Christmas. Said 2-4 weeks to my door. I ordered in enough time even if 4 weeks. Well four weeks and many emails for status..... once in a while I would hear back - like shipped on 12/12, nope, it's still sitting in Poland on 12/22. I told them to cancel and if they do ever show up I would be refusing delivery. I did reach out to Visa to contest the charges. I did find some balls earlier this week on Amazon, received them in two days. May be a good product, but not very good customer service. I am sure they are just a 3rd party reseller that has no pull with the real supplier. Be careful out there in these instances if you need by a certain date.

Waste of money

I ordered the mini lux for my twins 1st Birthday. My experience is exactly the same as Evelyn Tsiambouris.

Although the product is advertised for 1-3 years old,, it is not suitable for that age. When I raised this with customer service i received the following response:

'Mini Lux is made for the little ones who have not yet developed the same motor skills as older children. For safety reasons, it is made of softer foam, so that the little ones don't fall down and get hurt as they don't have the balance to crawl or walk on the blocks yet like the older children. Therefore, Mini lux is a good product as they can tumble and build with the blocks and cannot get hurt in the play'.

I agree the product is soft, actually too soft and if the intention is to use it as a building block then the shapes should be made in a way where the you can use it as a building block. Can you explain how you suppose to use the slide or steps, the arch, as building blocks?

Also if this is for younger children who have not developed the same motor skills as older children then why advertise it for 1-3 year olds? My boys have the balance to walk and crawl on the blocks and they not even 2 yet. Im sure most children aged 1-3 have developed the required motor skills. Your advertisement is completely misleading. The product has been a pure waste of money and your response has been disappointing.

Do not buy the mini lux as there is no use for it.

Really impressed

Really impressed! Just got my items from kidkii. I ordered one of their ball pits and my son loooves it. The delivery time and quality of the products has been on top. Can really only recommend this brand 🌸

No delivery, no emails

They sent email back and addressed the issue. I will update the review again when I receive the product.

It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered. When I bought the item, it said it’s going to take 2-4 weeks to ship. Two weeks later, the product description changed to 6-8 weeks, so I thought ‘Fine, i can wait upto 8 weeks. But I should ask when is the estimated shipping date.’ I emailed them multiple times, but no answer at all.
At least you should give the estimated delivery date so I know it will come. If you’re not selling it, please do not upload the product.

I should have known better

I should have known better. I placed an order and it arrived before Christmas, I didn’t wanna open it, just wanted to wrap it for my child but something told me to just check the order. I open it and here are my complaints regarding order # 4074
1- The mini set is supposed to include 100 balls, there are no balls to be found.
2- There is no packaging, just the shipping box and a thin layer of tape, so my play set smelled of cigarettes or something Smokey. I can guarantee you that when they shipped to the kardashians it had better packaging.
3- there is no literature or pamphlet included. Wouldn’t it make sense to include pictures of the various ways we can set up the product and most importantly the materials that were used? Do they not have these requirements in Europe for kids toys?
4- I emailed their customer service and got no response, but when I reached out on Instagram I got a response. BEWARE of companies that are more focused on their Instagram image. The agent wants me to wait until Monday so she can check with the warehouse. What is there to check? I haven’t received my balls, why not dispatch to have them shipped so I can have a chance of getting them for Christmas?
My advice to this company? If I don’t hear back by Monday I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Not gonna ruin my holiday mood by going back and forth with customer service, they can come pick up their play set.
The quality is also questionable, I should have just ordered on Amazon but here I am, tryna be fancy.

UPDATE: I heard back from the CEO, the lack of packaging is due to the company being environmentally conscious, which I do appreciate but wish I had known sooner. She did offer to FEDEX the balls but I spent the weekend finding my baby another big present instead so I opted for a refund and to return the item, but they ended up letting me keep it due to high shipping costs, which I do feel bad. I am not in here to profit from anyone, I just wanted the perfect birthday gift for my kid. Nevertheless, they made it right and I do appreciate it.
Maybe they can add a “gift wrapping” option.

I was contacted by our customer service today and I told them to contact you and inform you that the missing balls would be send to you by Fedex on Monday to reach Christmas. Furthermore I told them to add 100 extra balls in the box. I don´t know if you have not received this information? Now it is 9pm in Denmark and the office is closed until 8am Monday, but I will call my Logistic person tomorrow and ask her to book the transport for you parcel. If you want to return the product, we will refund the full amount. Regarding the packaging off our products, we choose not use add extra packaging because of the environment. Honestly, don’t waste your money.

Honesty, what a waste of $400… well $600 if you include the postage. I purchased the LUX MINI - FOR TODDLERS 1-3 YEARS. My daughters are 14 months old & 3 years old, it’s so small that my 14 month old can’t even fit under the arch.

What a joke, my mistake I should’ve read the dimensions prior to purchase but when it arrived I laughed! It looks pretty but my cat will get more use out of it because he’s the only one that can really fit to play on it. I would not recommend purchasing this one or the full size one as it’s only 75cm longer.

Not to mention it is super soft so even if they try climb on it, more so my 14 month old it just folds down and squishes.

Waste of money. Opt for an alternative brand to this one.

Great customer service and product!

Although it took a while to ship out, I received the item in time for my child's birthday. It took less than a month to receive. I also was in contact with their accountant the whole time. She responded in a timely manner.

Great toy and beautiful addition to playroom

We highly recommend and are super impressed with the KIDKII ball pit. It’s very well-made and easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. It is beautiful to look at as well! Most importantly- our kids love it and play in it for hours! Lots of imaginative play happens in that ball pit and it’s definitely their favorite “toy” in the playroom. We bought it for our daughters two years ago and they still love it and use it everyday! Customer service is responsive, professional, and very helpful as well.

I just received my ball pit in colour…

I just received my ball pit in colour cream. The ball Pit is not the quality I expected, it looks cheap and the colour is not the colour of the cream ball pit on their website. I wanted to buy it after all the pictures I saw on their instagram but It is not the same at all :( I send mails to their customer care, no answer for the moment.. I hope that for the price I paid, they will send me the ball pit in the right color..

Worst customer service

I wish I would have looked up these reviews before ordering. Like others I ordered 3 months ago and emailed them many times as well as messaging and contacting on Instagram trying to get some sort of answer as to if/when they would finally ship. They sent one short confusing email claiming they would ship soon (they didn't). It wasn't until I left a bunch of comments on IG warning others not to purchase that they magically messaged me and canceled within minutes. They seem to have a great product but the most disrespectful customer service I've encountered. A little courtesy and communication would go a long way. I understand shipping issues happen but to flat out ignore customers like this is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.
Edited to add: I understand you've had delays with moving the factory. I would have been entirely understanding of this. The issue is that none of that was communicated to me without my prodding first and I was never given a clear timeline or answers as to exactly when things would ship thereafter. Communication is key to good customer relations and when you flat out ignore weeks of emails and DMs it comes across as you simply don't respect your customers.

avoid!

Ordered a set from Kidkii realised the delivery would take too long so asked to be refunded, was completely ignored then recieved an email to say i'd been refunded on the 11th May
I've emailed about 10 times asking for my refund that i still haven't recieved and completely ignored
I've had to ring my card company who have advised they haven't refunded it yet
I will never use this company again and don't recommend them to anymore.
They completely ignore your emails and keep hold of your money!
