Very delayed and horrible customer service

We have been waiting almost 14 weeks for the soft play we ordered which was supposed to take 2-6 weeks. We have e-mailed multiple times and get the same reply (automated or copied and pasted) of offering a minuscule discount. This was a birthday present for my daughter and her birthday was almost two months ago. Very disappointed in the response from this company and have specifically not recommend it to others.

Regarding the products that are not send out yet, i can't guarantee a specific delivery date at the moment but i will do my very best to rush our factory so they will be send out as soon as possible.

Think twice before you order from this company!

This has to be the worst customer experience I’ve EVER faced in my life. The fact that you can order something, they take your money and not deliver your item within the time specified is horrific.
The 6-8 weeks specified on their website at the time of Oder was a complete lie as I’m still waiting for my item ordered in December. They then update their website recently offering 25% off & a 4-6 weeks delivery time. I don’t know how they can meet these demands when there are still customers waiting for their deliveries placed in December. They have taken many customers money and not delivered their goods.
I last emailed their customer service team on 22nd March, I am still waiting for a reply 2 weeks later.
I don’t even want the item anymore as they have let me and my customers down! They claim my items have been made, but they are having warehouse and delivery issues.
Disgraceful company and customer services.

Order placed 4 months ago haven’t received

Order placed months ago and still haven’t received! Awful, awful, awful! This is our second purchase from them. We placed an order in November 2021–it is now February 2022 and we just keep being told it should ship soon. They offered 10% credit, which was not sufficient. This was a Christmas gift for our son and we are soon heading into Spring.
