The only complaint I have is that the…

The only complaint I have is that the clothes picked are not necessarily my daughters style. She can be picky though, and I went back and edited her profile. Otherwise I think the quality of the clothes was great. Returned anything I didn't want and didn't pay for it. They give you a few weeks to return before charging you. Great service

Overpriced and poor quality

The first box was good...at first. My daughters yellow pants faded after just two washes. The clothes are way overpriced for what you get. My daughters second box we got today is pretty awful. There is supposed to be 3 outfits and we got two. One outfit is a summer dress... it’s January. One item is a horrible skirt that matches absolutely nothing in the box, and again it’s January. My sons was decent but it is way over priced. If we went to a store and spent $200 we would have way more clothes than what we got. You’re forced to keep everything because if you return even one item you pay more than if you keep it all. Canceling our subscription! Do not recommend!

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace . They charge your card with out authorization. And if you only return one you still get charged for the full amount after they tell you oh just send it back and we will refund for that item. Also if you return something in the bag and to find out another item doesn’t fit your child you don’t get a return sticker like they tell you . I’m going to another company that doesn’t do fraud . I want my money back

i wish I could give negative stars..

i wish I could give negative stars... This business is a complete joke!!! Fedex claimed to delivered my box, which was not delivered, i was home all day, and no fedex truck was near my house... It took 2 weeks for them to respond, i kept getting auto messages, so I filed a bbb report and still got a bogus response, they then said they would cancel my account and not charge for my box if i filed a police report, tf? it wasn't stolen cause it wasn't even delivered. I have blocked them from my bank, so they can continue to charge my card, but they are not getting any money from me... SCREW KIDPIK!! do not do business with these people.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. The clothing is terrible! I returned every article of clothing. Two weeks later my account is charged for $171. I called customer service and spoke to a very rude representative who told me I only returned the belt. So I am charged for the full amount of the box. Now why would I forfeit 50% off to return a cheap belt? This company is a fraud that will charge you for items that you have returned.

I was not impressed..

I was not impressed... AT ALL. I ordered three different boxes and not one of them worked. The clothes were too big, cheap, and not at all what I asked for .... the stylist, if you wanna call you them that... DID NOT LISTEN. I said no color... bright yellow shirt. I asked for athletic...cargo pants. I asked for skinny jeans... boot cut. Awful experience.

You can do better at the dollar store

You can do better at the dollar store. The waist bands of pants are terrible, scratchy and unfinished. The colors of the clothes were awful neon colors. The $45 shoes aren’t worth more than $2.

I am offended by what was sent. They claimed the box was worth $139.50. I was sent two outfits and shoes and I wouldn’t have paid more than $5 total for it.

They offer 50% off the first box. And it was not worth that at all. The sweatshirt they claimed was worth $23, leggings were $22.50, the ugly mesh shorts $15.50. And a tshirt with cheap lettering $16.50, don’t get me started on the sunglasses. The style and quality sent to me is not what they show on their website.

I have done another subscription box for kids, and happily spent $150 because the style and material were amazing.

There was a problem with our shipping being updated. I called customer service, I got through within 1 min, and the gal was super helpful and made corrections right away!

So I was in love with the idea I could…

So I was in love with the idea I could get clothes for my kids without going out. Until I looked at the brands. Walmart clothes being oversold. I already saw a red flag at the fact not one African American child had representation on there site. I felt a child’s ethnicity does define there style but cheap bull crap being oversold is not acceptable. Then after seeing unbox reveals of white kids with great clothes.I was sure this company doesn’t want kids of color in there clothes so they gave my kids the worst clothes possible.

There was an account made fraudulent under my name and kidpik says they can't refund my money that my bank has to do it I NEVER RECEIVED A THING FROM KID PIK!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A SUPERVISOR SHE LEFT TO GO WITH PROBABLY A WAY BETTER COMPANY BECAUSE KIDPIK SEEMS TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT AND THEN NOT HAVE A REASON TO BAXK THEIR ACTIONS!!! THEY ARE THE FRAUDS!!! KID PIK YOHR COMPANY IS A JOKE, A FRAUD, AND WILL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY!!! HEY THEN MAYBE I CAN OWN THE COMPANY AND THEN RUN IT CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T BE FOOLED! STAY AWAY!

The company is shady. The first box we received was meh. The clothes we received were not very impressive for how much they cost. The white t-shirt was see through, the jeans were really tight and the boots were too big, almost like an adult size. They even enclosed cheap plastic glitter cord to put hair into a ponytail that cost $3.50 for 2. I can buy 10 of the same kind for only $1 at the Dollar Tree! My daughter didn't care much for the styles that were sent. Went to their website to cancel any further subscriptions and they make it really difficult to do so. You have to email them and there's not even a phone number to call. I e-mailed them to cancel any further subscriptions. I had to use google to find a number to call and even then I was unable to contact anyone. I received the box on 11/14 and I returned it on 11/16. I called my bank to make sure that we don't get charged as Kidpik has yet to email me back. I'm going to send them another email of a picture of the receipt form USPS to prove that I have sent their merchandise back within the 7 day window so that they don't try to pull one over on me. Don't even think about signing up--you'll highly regret it!

If I could give them a zero I would. Stay away. I cancelled the membership right after I signed up. Apparently they said my first package was delivered. I told them I never received it. And now they hired an outside company to collect the debt. Stay away!!!!!

Very unhappy with them

Very unhappy with them. A duplicate account was setup without my knowledge so even though my account was paused they sent box to my granddaughter without an email to notify me. My daughter was unaware it was by mistake and didn’t return clothes by due date and my bank was charged. When I called I was told an email went out (which I checked and no email was sent). Was told I couldn’t get a discount, I could just send it back.
(Like I am going to take back a gift to a child)!

Let’s start with the fact that clothes…

Let’s start with the fact that clothes and outfits were cute and my daughter loved them but since my daughter in a growing phase right bow we had to exchange a few items and with covid we have not been out to do a try on session. (Which is why we signed up for the box) so we exchanged and the shoes that came back were still to small. I sent in a email asking if we could exchange them again. I was told no that what i received it what we got. So not only do you only get one chance and hope your items fit but you also get to eat what doesn’t. So now I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit my child and she’s upset because she liked them so my only option was to purchase another pair from them. If you have kids you know their sizing chances constantly and the fact that the box is directed for children this rule is ridiculous canceled my subscription and will find another way to get clothes for my daughter. Bad customer service thanks for nothing

I agree with most of these reviews…

I agree with most of these reviews before me. We ordered one box for my daughter, and one box for my son. My sons box took almost 2 month to get delivered and once we got it it wasn’t what we envisioned. I specifically noted no skinny jeans, but guess what we got: a pair of super skinny jeans. The quality was good, however there is no point of keeping them when we know he won’t wear them. The shoes felt super cheap, the shirts were just ok. The bill for this box came to about $170. Even with the $70 credit that we had, it’s way too much for what I felt these items were worth. Needless to say we sent everything back. Quite disappointing!
My daughters box was just as bad. While she liked the shirts they didn’t fit right and the price was high. I cancelled our subscription and will try other companies instead. If you are thinking about ordering from them, I’d say take the kids to Marshalls or TJ Maxx. You’ll get more for your money that way. This was a total waste of time for us!

Cute clothes, perfectly coordinated!

I feel like I should write a review which I don’t normally do. I’m doing it because the reviews on here aren’t great which I saw after I ordered my first box, so I was of course nervous to get mine.
We got ours within two weeks of ordering. The clothes were super cute. Everything was packaged neatly and in the correct sizes. Clothes were KidPik brand, but it all looks like good quality. Especially the jeans that came in the box. Everything was coordinated to wear together and my daughter was over the moon excited! I will be ordering another box! We got two sequence shirts, a nice jean jacket, denim jeans, a fun frilly skirt, hair barrettes, and boots. All for 79 bucks. Not bad!

just received my first box and I’m very unhappy. I said all active wear and got 2 button up shirts and a pair of khaki’s. Now I don’t want these as I did not say I wanted this type and I’m gonna pay MORE than I was gonna pay for the box. Ridiculous. $72 for 2 tshirts and sunglasses

Disappointing, false advertising, crap company

Here's my experience! My daughters style is set to bright colors, glittery, sparkly, flowery, girly items! My daughter got her first box in June, we wasn't super impressed because everything was black! They also sent black jeans and a heavy black sweater..for summer?!? We went ahead and kept everything because she was okay with most of it. Well, today we received her 2nd box, she was so excited and had been waiting 3mos for some cute, bright clothes like they advertise. Well, yet again, everything was black! ANOTHER pair of black jeans, the same black shoes they sent the 1st time too!! There was 3 shirts and she liked 2, but only 1 fit right! I'm very disappointed, very dissatisfied! The clothes don't the same, even though it's KidPik brand, and same size. I wouldn't recommend KidPik to style my dog!!
