The sizes are all over the place and the exchange system is confusing

I wanted to love it. However nothing fit. We requested no tight fitting bottoms and they were ALL tight fitting. Some shirts and dresses were HUGE and then other items were SO small. Our size profile states certain sizes and fits and absolutely nothing fit. It was either way too large or way too small. All the same size... I’m canceling the subscription and returning the whole box because I’m not paying $22 for a pair of sunglasses, which was the only thing that fit at all. They really need a user friendly exchange system. There’s nothing easy about exchanging. There’s nothing easy about canceling either, but figuring out how to cancel (calling them) is easier than figuring out the exchange system. Maybe when they fix their system and make it easier it will be better.

Everything was either too big or a bit…

Everything was either too big or a bit small. Even the size 6 shorts were a tad bigger than my other daughters size 7. Not everything was cute. They never have the right size to exchange. When you only want a few things you’re paying way more than keeping the entire box. To keep the stuff we wanted it would cost me $114 instead of the $68 with the entire box discount. It’s like you’re stuck keeping it or returning everything.

Amazed by First Box! Get $20 Off - First Box

I was amazed with my first box. We kept everything that fit. I even contacted them to exchange what we loved, but didn't fit (shoes). They were so nice - since another size wasn't' available they removed that and let us have full discount for taking the entire box. Super impressed. Only wish shipping was faster. My first box I didn't look for coupon codes (duh!)- but received this link if you want $20 off.

Clothes all match but cheaply made

Pros: the box of clothes all matched, The outfits were ok.

Cons: The clothes were all KID PIK brand, they were very cheaply made, some of the clothes would be a one or two time use. The material was like paper. Sizing seemed off, the tank top was too tight and see threw and the pants were super long and tight. The shorts were too big, For the price, I’d expect a little better. I had to call the company to cancel , it couldn’t be cancelled online.

extremely disappointed with my first order. cheap cheap quality for the price they charge. buyers beware that this company is very deceiving. they lie about free returns, you only get one chance to return items, otherwise it comes out of your pocket (not what they advertise). extremely poor customer service! your better off shopping at target and getting much better quality and prices without being lied to.

Not the most honest

Sure, they love to open it but since nothing ever fits they are disappointed because it goes back. You would think after stating that in the feedback for the order they would try better. The item sizing is not consistent at all. One pair of pants had a 30" inseam they were a medium. The clothing is thin so anything white was seethrough. Even the shoes are crazy. Her first pair fit me, a woman's 8, the last pair fit though. Both were a 3.
Best part is this one; they will gladly take your money via online but.. To cancel you call in and speak to someone so they can take 2 seconds to do it. This is of course after you have clicked cancel online. Yep. This girl didn't see that until a new box came. When I clicked cancel again is when I saw the "almost there" part. My mistake.
I had to call four times before anyone answered since I didn't want to leave a message....i kid you not. The rep said all I had to do was send it back in the bag. Great! Can't wait to add a post office stop to my list. You know since this service is a convient way of getting clothes.
Just my experience.

I actually loved the clothes and…

I actually loved the clothes and subscription themselves. However, I’ve kept at least 5 boxes and one I decided against. Wrapped it up, scheduled a pick up with my USPS, and checked out online as a full return. A couple days later I get an email stating it’s almost time to check out. I email, let them know it’s been returned they say no. I call post office, talk to my mail carrier and am left with no answer. I let kidpik know and express my concern of what I’m supposed to do and that it was returned this time because it wasn’t in the budget. They’re ending response to me was sorry, if you would’ve read you’d see that if anything goes wrong in shipping the fault will come back to you!!! Thanks for valuing me as a customer and my money I’ve spent with your company! Very unpleased.

Shipping Policy is not Customer Friendly.

These boxes are great for an average sized 4-8 year old. My daughter loved to get them. Unfortunately, their return policy only allows for one return per order, so if you need to exchange an item for a 2nd time due to fit, it will be on your own dime. My daughter wears a true size 10. We received a size 10 dress in her winter box that was so short. It was to her thighs. We exchanged it for a size 12, thinking it would be longer. The 12 was still above her knees. We contacted them by email to exchange and/or return and they told us that we would have to pay for shipping and include a written memo explaining that we were sending it back. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that for fear that our account would not be credited properly. The boxes are expensive, so I would not recommend for a child 10 or over or for a child who’s body type varies.

Doesn't deserve even one star

Doesn't deserve even one star. I got one box, my daughter didn't like any of the clothes, and they were the wrong sizes! The shoes were 3 sizes too big. She tried nothing on!I returned them IMMEDIATELY, and emailed them about the cancellation. They proceed to keep trying to run my card, which I had to cancel, and are threatening to send me to collections. They are very evil, they say we used and ruined the clothes, and she didn't use them even Once

Don't bother..

Don't bother... There is no way to get in touch with these people besides email. I have been trying to contact someone for months in order to reset my PW to update my daughters sizes. The PW they sent me did not work and they still continue to send me boxes after I explained the clothes were now too small. I would have been happy to update and keep the subscription but with horrible customer service, NO THANK YOU!

Bad Customer Service!

No phone number to call for issues, only email. Cancelled ordered and they are still billing. This is bad customer service. Would not recommend to a friend..

i got my this box for someone in the family and got then got a email feom my bank saying that my account was over drown for 136 dollars they took 4 payments out back to back!! and i have emailed them 4 times to make it right and i haven’t got any emails back!!! I really really love Kidpik

I really really love Kidpik! I didn't actually mean to make a subscription for my granddaughter but I did then canceled it right away but the order was already on the way. The customer service was really nice and told me what to do about the box. We went ahead and opened the box and my granddaughter loved everything in the box...and the clothes were very nice quality even the shoes. I don't want to do a regular subscription as I don't know how good they would be about getting the clothes back in time, but I will do it again and highly recommend it as they did a superior shopping job. I have tried similar products for my age who have not come near the success Kidpik was in the joy my granddaughter had at everything and the quality!

This company fails at customer service.

I canceled this subscriptions because my daughter doesn't really enjoy the styles they sent her. I also stopped allowing them to automatically deduct from my paypal, so there were no miss understandings after the cancellation. I did this with the intent of paying the last bill by Visa, only it wont let me edit my payment info. Now they call and tell me they are going to send me to collections because of an unpaid bill. I emailed them and explained that the payment info wouldn't edit to allow me to pay. They called twice to get payment and I was at work both times and missed the call. They leave no return number for me to resolve this issue. It has been very frustrating. All and all my daughter was dissatisfied with the clothes and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The content of first box was nice. The presentation of the box is also very nice but after a few boxes we just didn't like the merchandise. So I proceeded to cancel. I cancelled twice. The 1st attempt to cancel was ignored, the second was finally honored but I had to call my bank and file a complain because they continued to charge me even after I had already returned the merchandise. I am still going through the complain/claim process. Bottom line, they hook you and then send you crap and make it impossible for you to cancel. I tried calling the number provided and it is an answering service and no matter what time you call you will never get a live representative just a recording and no one will ever call you back. I have emailed them multiple times and I do not get a response however, I do continue receiving promotional emails advertising their product.
