Do not order from this so called company. I ordered my grandkids matching pajamas on November 7, and her eit is Dec 22,2023 and still no package. I have emailed multiple times with no response.

Ordered some pjs for my grandkids in October, still not here. Rip off.

Ordered our personalized pajamas October 7th still haven’t came getting run around on shipping and two different shipping status from two different companies. Not happy at all. I have spent over $400. Our family does this every year and now week of Christmas I have to figure out pajamas for 17 people. Everywhere is out of any matching pajamas.

Wow, wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering - of course the reviews are not on Kids Angels website. They should be required to post them so that people know better than to order from this company. I ordered on Nov 5th, was overcharged, then received updates until Dec 3rd. Nothing since. Have sent multiple emails, nobody responds - they send an automated email that is useless. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. So disappointed because they were for pictures with Santa that we ended up having to cancel & no time to purchase new matching pajamas.

I am here to update my review 12/28/2023, My kids pajamas were delivered on 12/23/23:) The dogs outfits, which I ordered on the same day right after I received a coupon from ordering my kids pjs did NOT come. I ordered all of the pajamas on 10/26/23.
The pajamas that came were so cute! We received the striped bottoms with matching solid shirt with names on them.

Original order review: I ordered what I thought were going to be the cutest matching pjs for my kids and pups. Turns out they’ll never show up. They’ll send you and ordered receipt, accept your money, give you a tracking number, continuously send emails that tracking is updated until all of a sudden your emails stop and your shipments stop. Mine has stoped here:

Today is 12/18/23

Do not order from this company. I ordered on November 1, 2023 and have not received an update since November 30, 2023. It is now December 15, 2023. Not only have I not received the items, but I was overcharged as well. I will be calling my Credit Card company today to dispute the charges.

I ordered these Christmas pajamas on October 30, 2023 and still have not received them as of today, December 14, 2023. They supplied a tracking number which stated they arrived in Vancouver Washington on November 30, 2023. I have not received any new updates on the status of delivery. I wish I would have looked at their reviews before ordering. I believe this is a scam. I will cancel charges on my credit card.

Did any of the you that reviewed this company receive your orders?

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! It’s a scam. I ordered in October and never received a thing! I have emailed repeatedly and I get the generic reply that it’s been shipped. I will dispute with my bank. What a joke!!!

Ordered personalized Christmas Pajamas for my grandchildren on 10/16 and have not received them yet. Shipping updates until 11/20, then nothing! My guess is that they will not come in on time for Christmas.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered grandkids pajamas Nov 3 and got periodic shipping updates that were all a scam. No one to call and just an automated response with no help. Definitely a scam and disputing charges.

Same problem everyone is reporting. Ordered 11/3. Got shipping updates regularly until 11/30. Now nothing. Receiving only automated answers that are of no use. Have disputed the charge with visa.

I waited a month for these to show up and the one color was a different shade of red to the others. Also the font was different….not very matching at all. Extremely disappointed. No answer from this company.

Ditto to 99% of the reviews. Ordered in October, no PJs, no way to contact them. So frustrated! Going to ask AmEx to cite as scam, refund $$$.

Like so many others here, ordered matching pajamas for my grandchildren and scarves for my dogs back in October and, so far, have received nothing and can’t even contact the company via email. Keeps asking for a phone number, but won’t accept anything I enter on the line. Package has been in “Buffalo” since mid November. Sad that you just can’t trust anyone anymore even if they are just selling kids pajamas.

Placed order 10/14, showed in transit to the USA then nothing after 11/12. Personalized Christmas outfit! Won't make it here in time, if at all, it appears. About to call the bank.

Ordered matching family Christmas pajamas Oct 17th and no sign of pajamas. Keep getting automated response about delivery with no accurate shipping details. Definitely a scam !!!! It’s Dec 7th and nothing. Going to dispute on credit card
