Do not purchase anything through this…

Do not purchase anything through this site!

We purchased a bed 4 months ago and are yet to receive the order. After numerous calls we are told it’s on its way, problems within the warehouse, extra gifts to apologise for the delay etc….. now they are not answering their phone.

It looks like a 2 man band who according to companies house have filed for the company to be folded. Looks like the director has set up a new company (kids beds north) to continue to scam customers.

AVOID!!!

Only partially order is fullfilled

Only partially order is fullfilled. Other items are pending for 12 weeks...every time I called, they said they would send it right away but i haven't received yet. Try to avoid them if you can.

5 Weeks since paying them still no bed
Telephoned them many times sometimes they answer and are very pleasant each time they tell you will get an email advising delivery and tracking numbers everything they have told me has not happened

Happy in the end with the product!

I was a little suspicious due to bad reviews, however in the end I do have my bed and mattress and I'm happy with it! Ordered on the Sunday and had immediate confirmation and then again the next morning. However I hadn't heard anything by Thursday - I thought it might have been a scam, but I then received a call the next day and delivery was arranged for the following Tuesday (items didn't come until Thursday in the end). Communication could have been better but in the end I'm happy with the products and the price I paid!

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of waiting and coming across numerous bad reviews I've now come to realise this company is trading under more than 1 name and scamming people and taking their money, sending fake tracking numbers and not actually sending the goods!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM

SCAM! ordered bed and mattress confirmation email and text came through straight away but after no contact a week later I decided to look on trust pilot (why I didn’t do this in the first place I will never know) and contact the company via email. I did get responses but anything they responded with was just to try and keep me sweet and all lies. I eventually got an email that said it was out for delivery and in fact with a made up tracking number and link to courier that did not work. Absolutely disgusting that people take your hard earned cash and continue to lead you on when you get in touch. My advise is to go through your bank!

Complete Scam

Awful. Scam. Avoid.

Bought a bed for my son, site looked legit but after reading reviews post order, was concerned. Turned out to be true, every time they were contacted they tried to allay our worries that the bed was on the way and had been held up at delivery, given bogus tracking numbers etc.

Ended up going through bank for a refund.

Looking through companies house the whole thing is a nest of companies ShedWorld.co.uk and other similar affiliates all doing exactly the same.

Do not order from the company
I ordered a bed which was advertised as delivery within 2-4 working days
After almost 7 days I chased up my order to be told it was being delivered within 2 days. This arrived , I sat in all day for nothing to be delivered. Company contacted - apology and reassurance given that all was in hand and bed would be delivered asap
3 weeks later no contact from company unless u contact them ( no reply to emails and they often don’t answer phone first time) Needless to say I have now cancelled my order. I’m now worried how long a refund will take to be back in bank
Poor poor service and I seriously would not use
Wish I’d read reviews as it appears the poor deliver or lack of deliver is not a one off

8 weeks and counting for incorrect order

4 weeks to receive the bed-mattress combo that had a listed lead time of a few business days.
Incorrect mattress size delivered.
Almost 4 weeks later and the incorrect mattress is yet to be picked up.
The correct mattress is always going to have the tracking information sent by the next day... without result.
Almost 2 calendar months since order placed and i still don't have the mattress.

Total fraud

Total fraud. Spent 1,5 months waiting for a bed that never arrived. Kept calling and email and was continually ghosted - i know because when i immediately called back from a different number they picked up. Cancelled order and kept waiting 3 weeks for a refund which never came.

It’s been 5 weeks and still no bed. I came to trust pilot to see their reviews only to find other people had the same experience as me. Sounds like a huge scam. I will be taking this further. In the meantime, they’d better issue my refund today or else …

Good quality bed

First time ordering from them. When delivery delayed by 2 days I decided to check reviews here and thought I had been scammed. I sent them and email and got a call from Chris who apologised for the delay and assured me that I would get my order the next day. Sure enough, I received my bed the next day. Very good quality and straightforward instructions for assembling.

Terrible customer service

This company has absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a bed that had a faulty part. It took them a month to replace the part and required me to constantly email and phone them to chase it up. It meant that my daughter didn't have a bed for her birthday and had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for nearly a month whilst I waited. I asked for someone from management to contact me to offer apology or compensation. This also took over a month of emails and phone calls before getting a response. Eventually I was fobbed off with a toy for my daughter. I am still yet to receive a phone call from management to apologise and explain why it took so long to resolve. The first email I received from management had no apology in it and only when I pointed this out did I get a second email with an apology in, even though I'd requested a call so I could have a full and proper explanation. I would avoid using this company as if there is any issue with your product you will be left tearing your hair out in frustration.

ordered online, process was fairly simple, notified of sale, got contact from courier very quickly
Bed delivered easy to put up.
All round success would definitely recommend them.

Absolute sham

Absolute sham. Looks professional, took payment and no bed delivered. No contact made for weeks and eventually had a call to say that my bed had shipped...still with no delivery date. No bed ever arrived and I had to claim my money back via my bank!
Not quite sure how they're still operating. AVOID!

Had a very pleasant experience

Had a very pleasant experience!

I have to write to say how pleased I have been with kids beds. Really good and the bed we ordered was lovely. It’s certainly hit the spot with us. Would recommend them without any doubt.

Fraudulent company!!

Waited months for my sons bed was constantly lied to about the delivery date and although the one man I did have contact with was lovely he also told me information that turned out to be incorrect too and communicating with anyone other than being fobbed off was disgraceful so I eventually cancelled the order which I was told was refunded.. This was a lie and I only got it back when I told them I was going to report it to my bank weeks later.. They even said it had gone threw but when I spoke to my bank they told me they only did it one the day I threatened to take it to my bank not the two weeks previous that they told me they had done this. I fully believe this is a fraud of some sort as no company I've ever dealt with in my life has given me so much problems and lies they also told me I couldn't get this bed anywhere in this country but I found one the next day that was £50 cheaper and was delivered with no issues within 5 days.. update the company has reported my review as Harmful or illegal content and tried to get it removed, trust pilot looked into this and saw there was nothing wrong with my comment so this further backs my experience up as being fraudulent

Happy customer!

Happy customer!! Best price I could find and was delighted with delivery service.
I had been researching the type of bed I wanted for a while and after looking at 100s I finally decided and took the plunge. More than happy with kids beds. They kept me updated on delivery and also helped be when I had a couple of questions before I bought, so overall v.happy.
I would add that it’s better to have 2 people to put the bed together as it makes it quicker. Hope this helps x
