There were 2 products missing in my package. When I spoke to kidsfashionturkey they immediately told me that the products were out of stocks and they told me they added a credit note to my account as soon as they ship the products. I did not know that until I ask them. They really gained my trust and I will contunie shopping from them. Love you kidsfashionturkey <3

I live in Netherlands but I'm originally from Turkey but this was my first time purchasing products from Turkey and they put such an amazing effort to help me until I get the order to my warehouse. Initially i had issues with them due to the late shipment and being my first time with them i was frightened. I got my delivery today and i must say the quality of the clothes are superb. I appreciate their customer support service. They were patient, i was also forced to be patient. I would place more orders because their designs are gorgeous.

All was good , just the delay of the delivery because some items were out of stock, sometimes delay on response, some calculations was wrong within the invoice, some items was missing in delivery

Other then that every things was good

After 6 months Mr Utkan, the sales manager keeps telling me the order will be ready for shipment next week!! That next week has never arrived.

I like to choose alternatives according to my customers preferences, I chose some alternatives by myself but some other out of stock items were displaced by alternative models without choosing them by myself.

But the dresses are beautiful and good quality. Next time just need to make a differrent choise of transportation.

The delivery seems very quick, the product packaging was good as well (appreciate the extra wrap and hangers). For the Samples I was expecting to have a box, but it came up all over the place 🙂. The reply to my messages was timely.
