Beautifully made bunk bed. I was procrastinating about buying this for a while but the price is 100% justified (look out for deals too). They even offered to assemble for free on the day. Would 100% recommend. My boys are lovely and safe in these beds and they will definitely last a long time. Also love the little hiding place under the stairs. Thank you!

We opted for the assembly service and this was done with minimal disturbance and efficiency. Great email correspondence from the team also to keep us up to date on delivery and what to expect! Thank so much.

We have used Kidsfuntimebeds twice now and both of our children absolutely love their beds. They have great fun playing in the den under the bed, and for our older daughter we have converted the under bed den into a personal cinema with a projector and blackout curtains. She LOVES it.
The staff are friendly, and the service is quick I can not fault the beds.

The delivery was great, the delivery guy helped to unload, protect all the parts and explain how everything worked.

I put it together myself, and it was excellent. Good quality all round, good fixings and product generally.

My little girl absolutely loves it, and we will probably get my other little girl one when she gets older.

My son absolutely loves his new bed! His bedroom is tiny so he didn’t have a lot of room to play in there but now with his new high sleeper it’s freed up so much room! Well worth the money as it’s so well built and sturdy! The delivery men were great didn’t take them long at all to put it together. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service and delivery also really helpful and my daughter absolutely loves her new bed

Delivery men were very polite, the bed did unfortunately get a little bit damaged however once the bed had been put up and the damaged area patched up by the gentleman you could not notice a thing. Was offered and sent a courtesy shelf for the damage to the bed.
My daughter loves it and has even had me in her room for a sleep over.

Overall, great service from Kids funtime beds and very happy with our media unit. We did have issues with our order and delivery.

For us, the issues were after our initial delivery. The delivery guys were great both times and customer service emails were polite and timewise, and did not take too long at all.

The delivery on the day was late and not in the time window they gave, which is not a problem, but I wish they could be more flexible the other way round, which did not happen for us when we had to change our time. However, they have apologised for this, so I imagine they will deal with it better in the future.

As it turned out, the media unit was incomplete and some parts could not be installed, so for us it took longer to have the complete unit and new delivery dates.

They have been willing to sort everything out though and we have been really happy with the solutions they have come up with and the time they took to resolve our issues.

Having a great product is only part of it and it's been really good to see that the customer service side of Kids funtime beds has been very helpful and open to criticism and looking for ways to improve.

We would recommend their products and very happy with ours.

Received it a few weeks earlier than expected with the lead times. Good communication with regards to the delivery. Really impressed with the delivery and installation as it was quick, efficient and friendly. The bed itself is well made and great quality. I would highly recommend them.

The beds are solid and if great quality. My only nit pick is that the paint has chipped quite quickly on the stairs from the drawers opening.

Albeit the beds look amazing and the kids enjoy them, and the fitting team were highly professional, unfortunately the products provided were unsuitable for use. From day 1, we had an overly strong toxic odour from both bedrooms (we bought two bunk beds). The smell spread throughout the whole of the top floor of our home. After two weeks of investigation, we identified that the four mattresses provided by the company were emitting strong odours. We had numerous interactions with the company trying to establish the problem, and not all of the information provided was accurate or timely given the beds are used by kids. After a further week of aerating the mattresses outside they still smelled. The company agreed to refund us the mattresses.
Great beds, great installation, overall experience wasn’t great - there needs to be an overview of the process to ensure each item is ready for use in the home.
