The goods I have purchased have been good quality, work well and serve the purpose purchased for. Had lots of different items from stickers, paper, pens and felt tips. Would recommend this page for all arts and craft activities.

Arrived on time, products as expected and reasonably priced

I feel I cannot give more then 3 stars, I made my order on the 27th December for a party on the 6th January. I realised within minutes that I had put the wrong delivery address, So sent a message to get this changed. I got a response on the 2nd of January changing this. Then nothing, no dispatch e-mail and no delivery. The even was cancelled due to a member of the family going into Hospital, so i didn't worry to much about the items not arriving as we could use them another time. I contacted the company again on the 9th of January to find out what had happened to my order. I received a response on the 10th apologising and that it would be re-sent. Hopefully I will receive something soon

Everything from ordering through to delivery was excellent as was the quality of the items I had ordered. I did have a small query, but this was dealt with extremely quickly (best customer service I've ever encountered) and favourably. Would highly recommend

Ordered using 48hr delivery. Not notified any issues. Apparently a system dispatching issue, although could still place new orders with 48hr delivery and no notice of this on websiteAwful customer service no way of contacting other than email which they never reply to. Refund eventually processed. Sadly first and last time to use this company and left with disappointed kids with no party bags!

Bought some bits for my daughter's birthday party and wasn't sure what to expect as everything was very reasonably priced. The products were amazing quality and delivery was very quick - I had a lot of fun making up the party bags and would definitely buy from here again!

I tried reviewing on the actual item, but it doesn’t let me.
I bought some bouncy putty for my daughter’s party bags, and when she opened her own bag, we realised this is not putty at all…. feels like rubber, doesn’t let you mould it. Doesn’t look that bag was seal properly. I don’t know if the others are like this, but if they are, there will be a lot of disappointed kids.

This place is a party dream, it's got all sorts and made organising my lo's party favours so quick, simple and as pain-free as possible. The ordering process, the search functions and options, the wide array of items, the cheap prices, packaging and delivery, there isn't a single thing that I could fault about Kids Party Craft. Considering the time of year (between Xmas and NY, I was worried stock or delivery would be impacted, but not at all). Will defo be recommending and using again for all sorts kids related in the future. Fab.

The fun bag was perfect. I loved it.

What was helpful was the choice of small gifts for boys and girls. I was buying toys to go into shoeboxes, along with other items, to be delivered to southern Eastern Europe. These are gifts to deeply impoverished areas. There are also considerations for local customs eg dolls having covered arms, chest and back.
We send out 400 boxes to make part of a total of 40,000 boxes as Christmas gifts.
I was, as last year, able to find a good range of appropriate items.
Speed of delivery was great.
