A pretty expensive dino toy fell apart 6 days after we gave it to my boy for xmas. The website says they will refund or replace after 30 days of normal usage but haven't honoured this. Really poor quality and poor customer service

I only gave a one start rating because I cannot give a zero.” DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE” my order was shipped two days after it was supposed to arrive, when I got in contact with them and said that I was going to give them a bad review they said not to WTF!!! Needless to say I had to buy my grandson a new Christmas present. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I would give less! I ordered a deadpool phone cover for my son’s birthday/ they sent star wars. He doesn’t like Star Wars. I took a photo of what was delivered and said wrong one with the receipt of purchasing deadpool. They have refused a refund, refused to send out a dead pool and say there is nothing they will do as my package was ‘delivered’- the wrong one! They have refused to give me their complaints team details and basically told me tough I’ve had a package so that’s it. Star Wars! Must be a scam company as the way I’ve been treated in emails is just bloody awful! Shame on them. I have no cover for my son now as he doesn’t like Star Wars and too late to order a dead pool else where . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I plan to take them as far as I can after how I’ve been treated to ensure they don’t trade anymore. The ceo should be ashamed of the support team they have! It’s disgusting.

I ordered from this company after speaking to my family about what to buy. Ordered characters from "Monsters inc" films. The next day, having read poor reviews, I ordered the same toys from Disney shop. The Kidz Country order arrived and they are just perfect. And I have yet to compare, but I would not hesitate to give to my precious granddaughter. I especially love the baby dragon in a soft zip up egg. Would definitely order from this company again.

I have given this supplier one star as it’s the only way possible to write a review. Do yourself a favour and do not use them. They tell you nothing but lies when you contact them and you’re led to believe it’s a UK based company it’s not it’s based in China be warned shop elsewhere

Deceitful picture and advertising, looked like lego and priced like lego. Cheap Chinese knockoff, keep clear of these muppets!

I will start by saying I have had a full refund for this product , however, I wasn’t initially offered a refund and instead an exchange but based on the quality of the item, I insisted on a refund. I was then informed I could have a refund but would incur a shipping cost which they would deduct from my refund amount. The shipping cost would be around £10.00! I ultimately decided not to bother as I thought it wasn’t worth the hassle and begrudged paying that shipping charge for not only a product that lacked quality but arrived in disrepair! I did state to them I would be reviewing the product honestly as the product information is very misleading (not a tactic to try and get a full refund) They then offered me a full refund and no shipping charges, however, it’s only right to inform future customers of what they are actually purchasing. First of all, this is not a Disney product and the quality is absolutely appalling. Very, very cheap looking and does not resemble a Disney product at all. I have to question the legitimacy of the reviews on the product page as they were all so positive! It was advertised as Disney but evidently it wasn’t, this is evident on the product markings. I was also led to believe that I was purchasing from a local business but upon tracking the item, I realised it was coming from China. The product arrived in a thin plastic bag and the packaging for the item was crushed, torn and in no fit state to be given as a present. The product itself was also damaged. This product is most definitely not worth the money so I would advise to avoid purchase. The telephone number for the business is not active, I’m not sure the website address exists as it was shipped from China and returned to a different address in the UK. They do, however, respond promptly to emails but again it wasn’t straightforward getting a refund.

Don't use .... bought a product thinking it was coming from uk but came from abroad... wish I had found this site before I purchased item. It was faulty asked for a returns form after I had to send proof product was faulty. Now have to pay for item to be returned.... doubt I will receive money back for product.

Do not order from here, ordered a car which wasn’t like the pic, trying to fight for a refund, finally they honour my refund, as sent about 5 emails but then I need to pay £12 in returns/taxs what a joke!!!!!! Rubbish quality of product! Disappointing as it was a Christmas present!

Unfortunately this is a company using a UK address but infact the products come from China. Delivery times are hilariously long and product quality is extremely low. They got me. I should've looked at reviews before I purchased but hey, you live and learn. I would advise anyone not to use this deceitful company.

Worst customer service i have ever received. They sent a parcel with an incorrect address and refused to refund or replace. Attempted to tell me this is my fault and that I must chase. I will not let this slide, this company needs holding to account!

Avoid at all costs!

Actually I was initially reluctant to order from this site, but my wife was rushing a multitude of links to me for daughter’s Christmas gift, and in those flurry of links I wound up ordering from the website. I was crossing my fingers. Not only because of the bad reviews but there was also an error in my address. So if frantically sent them an email thinking my order wasn’t going to be fulfilled nor get a response to my email. A Xmas miracle, they responded and assured me that my order was fine. But I still was worried. Lo and behold I got notifications all along to delivery process. Amazingly my order was delivered yesterday! So I am giving a verified buyer review! 5 stars!

Dire company want issue refund on a toy that was absolutely appalling quality

I wish I could give this zero stars. This company is scamming. Nothing arrived in a box. It’s pieces in plastic, probably used and super expensive for literal junk. This is NOT a UK based company like they portray. It’s a Chinese company. Kicking myself for not looking on trust pilot prior to buying. Won’t make that mistake again.

A bit delayed but arrived. Quality looks okey. I was so worried about the delivery after i saw all Comments here. But in my case we have the toy a bit delayed but here ( before christmas) 🥰

Return process looks totally sewn up by this company which I thought was based in UK but goods are from China and very poor indeed.

Paid £46 for a counterfeit venom product that is counterfeit, probably about as cheap as you can make it, the product arrived damaged and kidzcountry wanted to charge me to send it back to them, after several emails they are now saying I have to send it all the way to China! AVIOD this company they are fraudulent cheats - very annoying as to why people can’t play fair.

The coat itself is nice. The problem I have is it says beer instead of bear. Which is inappropriate for a child’s coat. I would like to have it corrected.
