I was lured into a false sense of security as it had a UK address as seemed like a genuine company.
Lego set was shown in a box on the website but arrived in bags and is a obvious Chinese knock off set.
I wish I had researched this company on trust pilot before.I really don't understand how they can get easy with such dishonesty?

I order from this fake website around 400£ ,2 mouths later and still not came nothing ,i try to call them nobody answer ,i send email they say they deliver my orders but nothing came ,i ask them to send my money back ,they don t want ,i can t believe i was cheat by them so badly ,i just wanna inform the people to NOT order from them ,it s a fake website!!! pleaseeee!!!

We ordered 2 sweatshirts from kidzcountry.com with the assumption they would be kid sizes (their site says "At Kidz Country, you’ll find only the best toys and accessories for kids"). We got 2 adult sized sweatshirts. When we asked to exchange or get a refund, they refused on the basis that the size chart had accurate measurements. There was no indication other than the size chart that these were adult sized shirts.

I wish I could give this “company” a big fat ZERO review. I wish I read all these reviews before making the decision to buy from this horrible website. ALL PRODUCTS ON KIDZCOUNTRY.COM ARE ALL COUNTERFEIT FAKE and false advertising. They false advertise with their LEGO’s. They are not the real Legos you don’t get a box just comes ins discreet white bag with the pieces scattered all over. How could i possibly give this as a gift I wouldn’t even give this to my worst enemy. Then when you try to ask for return RMA number which website says to email and ask for when returning, they don’t even offer a return. They say it’s your fault basically for them having a horrible store and you didn’t know it was so horrible so jokes on you basically. No reputable company scams us like this company who we have no idea where they are even located. I hope Kidzcountry.com gets flagged for being FRAUDULENT “company” they truly are. Keep your $50 you want to fight me on $50 just keep it your not even worth my time typing the emails to. Someone Needs to take their listings off google before anyone else loses their hard earned money on this scandalous place. DO NOT BUY FROM KIDZCOUNTRY.COM. Please read all reviews before you decide to buy anything from there all their products are counterfeits!

Stay away from this crap company, received the stitch toy , totally fake and doesn't work , tried to contact them and no joy, please stay away , total shit

Despite their claims that Kidzcountry offer 'high quality experiences', I bought a 'Frozen' product, similar to Lego which clearly showed it is packaged in a box. However, when it arrived, it was packaged in a cheap-looking plastic bag.

I contacted customer service who offered a $5 refund. I just wanted the product that they were advertising on their website. I was told I had three options; 1) accept the $5 refund, 2) a return of the product to their China warehouse, or 3) 25% discount on my next purchase. I requested the product in a box as advertised but this was 'out of stock'.

Thankfully they have now removed the 'box' and its sizing from their website.

I will never purchase from this company again because I'm tired of organisations falsely misleading the consumer

I bought a mermaid soft toy for my granddaughter’s birthday. Took two weeks to arrive from China. Packaging was poor and split on arrival. Toy seemed ok though. Within a month, however, the toy’s seam split. I complained to Kidz Country and was initially told they could do nothing as I was outside their 30 day returns period. I questioned their decision and they then said they’d got special management dispensation to replace the toy on this occasion. To do so, I had to return the faulty item at a cost to me of £11.40 (the price of the toy was £28). When they received it, they would post out the replacement. When I asked for the return address I was told they would send a return label after I’d paid the £11.40. They sent me a link to make payment which didn’t work, but by this time I was feeling distinctly uncomfortable with the whole experience and decided to cut my losses and have nothing further to do with them. Wish I’d read the other reviews before I placed my order. They certainly won’t be getting any more money out of me.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a large plush dolphin for $120. What arrived in my post was the sleeve/cover of the dolphin without the stuffing. I have requested a refund and they will not get back to me.

Asked to return, when asked why? I explained poor quality of fleece jacket and poor fit. I was asked to provide pictures and measurements which I did, and they would not send me return address etc.. very poor customer service 😢

Disreputable company. Won't allow returns without photographs and evidence of why. By law should allow returns within 14 days for any reason when selling online. Shocking and unprofessional. Will contact trading standards as I'm sure I won't be the first (or last).

Scammers at work, knock off toys at rip off prices - only wish I had looked up this website on Trustpilot before I had ordered. Returns>> 100% Money Back Guarantee is a complete lie. Lesson learned.

Definitely deceptive commerce. It’s out of China, despite the fact that it says “London”. I received my item after 17 days. They guarantee 14 days, and my item was too late for the event. Customer service gave me a giant runaround. Finally, they said I could return it for a refund, but it cost US$100 to ship with tracking to get it back to the warehouse in China. Ridiculous! Do not buy from here. Borderline scam.

Deceptive advertising. Wrong item sent twice. Customer service atrocious, won't or can't help. I don't think they have the items they advertised. I will never buy from them again. Trading standards should definitely investigate.

I ordered recently from them big mistake i know! I have asked for a refund for an item which was sent to me that is not as described and unopened. Disappointed is a understatement!

Fake business. Their courier "lost" my item before it had even shipped and I got no tracking number for over a month later. A custom Esty shop from Ukraine got my order from the same day to me in just over a week for reference. When I ask for news they ignore me, I had to fight with their chat support, that has zero ability to do anything, just to get them to respond to my first email. Now that they've allegedly "shipped" a replacement i get no answer nor do i have a tracking number. Their support email has a reference to a WhatsApp number that alleges to be from Britain, this is doubtful given their comprehension of English and multiple reviews citing a Chinese return address. I can almost guarantee they do not nor have they ever had the product I ordered as I've seen the same product photos on Etsy, it is likely that's where they were stolen from.

I don’t recommend this company I ordered two items and I paid for delivery almost 12£ they received my package but they don’t refund my money back every time I send messages different person responds back and they keep telling me they looking it my case but it is almost 3 months no item no refund so make sure you avoid this company costumer service poor and scammers it not else that I can say.

There is no way this company is worth a rating. While the initial communication was good n an item I enquired on, thats where the good regarding this company stops.

The item, though it arrived on time, was wrong. Totally wrong size, waaaaay off what I ordered. I emailed the company to sort something out, took 3 days for someone to reply, yet the automated message said someone will contact me in 24 hrs.

Whoever "dealt" with my issue was only worried about money. We'll exchange if you send this amount of $$ and pay for postage back etc. Item was free to post, item was wrong and the communication was poor and the more that was written in the email, the worse it got. The reply email was just as bad again the only interest was $$. All of a sudden the item size and order was addressed, but still didnt make much sense as I provided photo evidence of EVERYTHING.

I gave up and just deleted all correspondence. The sad thing is the item I purchased was to be a gift for my son, which I now cant give to him and wont freaking fit. Disgustingly the company is not who they seem and items do NOT come from them, my parcwl came from China and all labelling was stamped in Chinese. If I knew that were the case, I would have ordered off Ebay.
