Play clay (purchased 72 packs)
One star for the product, which was faulty - Play clay (purchased 72 packs), does not seem to work - very brittle and will not shape (as normal clay play dough or plasticine would). Tried warming in hands, on a radiator, with water and a microwave, without success. No instructions on packet to indicate how this "clay" can be softened.
5 Stars for the company, who promptly refunded the cost of the faulty product and were very sorry. Very kind of then to offer a discount code towards future purchases for the school children in my class. Thank you.
