Placed 2 large orders on separate occasions and on both occasions they have just both come in a large single walled boxes and just thrown into the box, no bags just tossed into this box, box was inadequate for the volume and weight of my order and just tossed in without care and by time it got to be if was crushed and battened as was a crap thin box..

This is a brilliant place to shop…but with improving opportunities
This is a brilliant place to shop little trinkets/toys for kids at a really good price. I got party bags and the content from them and they were a total success.
I just didn’t gave them 5 stars for:
1) I bought some toys that at the end were not available and had to cancel that bit of my order. These were refunded quickly and hazel free. But still had to look around for the replacement and that is time consuming. They never even cared to offer me another item instead, they lost that bit of the sale.
2) all was wrapped individually in plastic and it’s just an useless waste of plastic. I specially ordered from them as were the only option for fabric bags. Crazy me thinking I could be a bit earth considerate.
3) I m used to communicating companies, my package arrived when they promised but no communication in between so I was left wondering if it would appear on my door or not and I couldn’t plan for this.
But knowing this I will definitely consider them for my next purchase.
