This actually works!!!
You can reset your habits, with a little discipline (quite little in my case).
Thank you!

The exercises seem great but i have only done the first few days, mainly as this in not an app, it doesn't work well on my iphone and i have to go to my desktop PC to get the videos of the exercises to play well. I don't want to go on my computer at bedtime to listen to the meditation or do the exercises , and when i try to access on phone it keeps failing. After a few times of trying i gave up and have not got round to trying it again. In fairness i have not contacted the company to see if they can help as have been too busy but will try soon. However i am very disappointed that they describe it as an app when it isnt at an app. If i had known that i probably would not have purchased it.

Overall great service. Had a problem with my digital access following the order. I got a quick, helpful response to my enquiry from Felix. He also kindly arranged for the physical products I'd ordered to be sent more quickly.
The lessons are good although the site design could be better and the written instructions have a couple of errors or aren't as clear as they could be.
I've had a good reduction in the impact of teeth grinding since starting the jaw yoga 19 days ago. It hasn't stopped though.
I think the jaw roller is good and use it daily. I personally didn't find the tongue position tool that helpful - but I suspect that's a me thing and it will work for some people.
I rate the meditations as average. To be fair, I do have very high expectations and very specific preferences on guided meditations (I use Insight Timer and only like a small number of the teachers). So please don't let my preference influence you - give it a try.
Overall, I think the jaw yoga is worth the money I paid for it if I continue to do as well as I am currently. Considering what I've previously spent on other products or chiropracty to try and reduce or relieve the symptons, this is very good value.

Link for video instructions mentioned in book 'Kiefer-Yoga' refers to a 2 day kickstart program, video instructions from book not available.

It is always a pleasure to do the exercises with you. I am not as disciplined as I should be... but I keep going...

The exercises are subtle, but I definitely felt a difference over time, and using the meditations app helped me get through the underlying causes of my jaw pain. Definitely worth the price, especially since what I learn from it can still be applied even after my subscription ends.

I started the Kieferfreund exercises almost two years ago and they have helped me tremendously to lower my jaw pain and muscle tension dysphonia. I always do the 3 week program, take a break for a month or two and then do the 3 weeks again. I love the fascia roller which I use a lot and even take with me for travelling. I also attended some of the live classes which I found very helpful. Overall a great program that I highly recommend!

Great App. I like the videos and the short explanation that's easy to follow.

After only the first day of the course my jaw clenching and grinding was greatly diminished. I'm feeling so much better and only wish that someone had taught me these tools sooner...neither my dentist nor my orofacial pain doctor taught me what I learned from the Kieferfreund training. I'm so glad that I found this!

I was able to switch from the German to the English version and am very satisfied with the support I have had to date from the Kieferfreund Team.
If you have any kind of jaw pain or tension I would highly recommend kieferfreund. I just finished my 21 day program and I feel like a different person. I am more calm, more clear headed and I have more energy which is crazy because I'm already an energetic person. I'm sleeping better, I don't need my night guard anymore, so I feel well rested in the morning. I've tried many things including botox in my jaw to try and relax it, and this is by far the best way to go.
I love the holistic approach, the app is super easy to follow, and the videos are fantastic, from the instructional ones to the meditations, and they are very responsive when I email with questions.
It all makes so much sense once you learn about jaw health. I really can't say enough how transforming this has been for me.

After decades of unrelenting pain, I was so excited when I first came across your content that I allowed myself to go beyond my budgetary constraints to purchase the app, having soothed my fears with two justifications: 1. that you included lifetime access to the app, and 2. that my symptoms would improve so much that I could work to make up for the $ difference. Sadly, I was sorely mistaken. Now, not only have I been charged another fee beyond my budget, but my request to cancel before ANOTHER expensive fee is charged has been returned, address unknown. I am at a total loss as to how to handle this overwhelming and growing cost, as well as my jaw's natural reaction to my simmering rage. I have had no room in my mind or body to engage with your content due to the language barrier, my lack of tech expertise and especially my mounting fury. I feel disregarded, disrespected, and frustrated at your lack of integrity with me from the start, at your response when I learned only a few months after my initial investment that I was in fact NOT entitled to lifetime access DESPITE YOUR CLEAR PROMISE in writing on your site before my initial payment. I understand that everything, including apps, evolve over time, but I believed your words on the screen and was heartbroken at your refusal to honor that agreement by allowing me access to the new version.
I never spend more than $20 without doing in-depth research, which I did. I trusted you because of what I read and because of your affiliation with Insight Timer. I would never have signed up with your company without the promise of lifetime access because 1. I know my tech skills would require disproportionate time and assistance from others, and 2. my symptoms are so deeply entrenched that they'll require painstaking repetition over a long period of time.
To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement. Please please please cancel my automatic payments immediately and I would deeply appreciate a refund if you've already charged me again.
If by any chance you have a change of heart regarding the lifetime access I was so excited about, I'd eagerly learn your content and write another review. I'm aching with need for your ideas, but my experience with your company has left me deflated and disillusioned.

I really like the roller. The video for the roller did not work at all. I found the tactile points on the tongue trainer too tiny to feel if my tongue were in the right position. It would be nice to have a few different meditations.

As you will see from my Trust pilot reviews, the Kieferfreund company and model comes highly recommended at every interaction presented to me. Now a qualified Jaw Yoga Instructor, this was just an added bonus as I not only gained the ability to be provided lifelong tools and education to heal my own condition, but I was provided with a deeper understanding as to the inter-connectedness of how stress truly affects our nervous system. Kieferfreund’s approach is top down and their results speak for themselves. Healing lifelong jaw pain, together with providing people the confidence to believe that they have control over their own pain and healing was a miraculous milestone accomplished. Julia is one of the most talented and beautiful human beings I have ever met. She is her authentic self and dedicated to bringing her wisdom globally. Felix’s accompanying products are also essential, as are the movement offerings, in order to bring the whole body journey into its own full health. Thank you to all for instilling in me a lifelong commitment of bringing healing to not only myself but now others too. I’m forever thankful 🙏

After just one day, my jaw seemed more relaxed and as a bonus my facial skin looks tighter! I have been doing the exercises for two weeks and clearly see that making this a self care priority will change my life

As someone who has had TMJ for forty years, I can confirm that these exercises and the method really relieve pain and cracking; however, you have to be dedicated and learn to keep your tongue sucked to the roof of your mouth. I purchased the App years ago and am very happy with my progress.
