Wish I could give less than 1 star. Appalling customer service. Bought a new built property in Corby, nothing has gone right since day one - they put wrong flooring to start with, major plumbing issues and shower not working, now being told it is major issue and needs knocking walls and pipes relocating!!! You will be lucky if the customer service answers the phone, the average time is 1 hour 10 minutes.Repeatedly being told the issues will be resolved with no concrete action.The emergency plumbing team arranged through KIER were shocked with the shoddy job by the builders.No refund so far promised for the wrong floorings either. STAY AWAY from this developer. Unfortunately now getting legal advice to sort it.

Terrible company, horrible people They don't bother ever getting back to you on anything, their subcontractors are rude and aggressive. The office staff are incompetent and dishonest, the contract workmanship is absolutely minimal and no one takes any responsibility for anything; the owners of this awful group should be ashamed of themselves.
Update to my review of 15th August.

A guy eventually arrived on the 15th, but had been given the wrong information by his office. As a result, he didn't have any materials with him, or know what he was supposed to be doing.
Another chap arrived a couple of hours later to measure up and assess the job... for the third time.
Another appointment was made for yesterday.
Nobody showed.
I rang Kier and they said they had no information at all about the job.
The person on the phone said they'd speak to a supervisor and get back to me by the end of the day.
They didn't, so I phoned again.
They promised someone would phone me this morning.
They haven't.
They've now missed 5 appointments, sent three people out to measure and "assess", yet still continue to deny any knowledge of the job when I contact them.
Terrible customer service. I’ve had two separate major issues with my property since moving in and Kier’s representatives have tried their utmost to avoid taking any accountability for both of them. It’s nothing but hassle and stress getting them to do anything and I very much wish i’d purchased from a different house builder who values their customers. The service I’ve received from Kier has left a very bad taste in my mouth!
Have now been waiting a year for a kitchen unit door to be replaced which had been damaged before handover. Nobody seems able to locate any of the three that have supposedly arrived! After build clean was very poor.
Other snags were corrected, but not without reminders.
Don't complete your sale until the property is properly finished.
