Great service. I had a product question so called the number on the website. Call was answered immediately by an actual person(!) no annoying phone menus or automated messages.

Order was placed around midday with next day delivery selected - compared to other sites, the price for next day delivery was excellent. Order arrived next day as promised. Product was perfect.

Nothing else to add really. I'd definitely use them again.

Bought 2 kigs - one for me and one for my daughter. I went cute with the tiger and she chose the skeleton. Both really comfy and cosy tho. Well made and great fun too.
Delivery happened pretty much as expected - pretty good really cos I only ordered them a couple of days before Christmas and they arrived in good time.

I had trouble when I initially tried to place my order, I had to phone for help and the guy on the phone helped by cancelling the account I had set up so that I could start again. I was very impressed to get a phonecall about an hour later so that he could try to recreate the error that had occured when I tried to place my first order. The goods arrived promptly and seem to be good quality and value for money. Time will tell!

I haven't checked the product yet as it's going to be a present for a friend of mine but I'm sure it's ok. I'm not worried as so far the service was excelent. Payment went through without a glitch, emails are easy to read and informative enough to know whats going on and what you've paid for and delivery was super fast. I have lived in my kigu since it arrived two weeks ago, it is comfy for chilling at home but also makes a great fancy dress outfit. Definitely recommend these, the fit is much better than the onesies in primark etc.
