Paid for the £1.79 trial and then cancelled, however they began taking £39 a month out of account repeatedly, and i had to contact my bank to stop it as no cancellations would work.

COMPANY IS A SCAM — DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
I spent a dollar to use the AI text humanizer (which doesn't work, by the way, so don't waste your money on it). I read the terms and conditions in entirety, Googled, and scanned everything on their website to ensure that I was only paying for a one-time use charge. Once I was sure I would only be paying to use the humanizer tool once, I went through with the payment and went on with my day. One week later, I received a $46 charge on my card. I had been signed up for a paid, monthly subscription. Nowhere in my profile, across the initial payment website, in their terms and conditions, or anywhere on the Internet was I made aware that I was signing up for a subscription. Everywhere I read said that I was paying for a one-time use only service, I didn't have to cancel any subscription or make one, and that none of the service would be auto-renewed. I checked my profile today and sure enough, I'd been signed up for a separate monthly subscription. I had to jump through several hoops to cancel it, and I'm still not confident that I won't be charged/scammed by this company again. It may not seem like a lot of money, but I'm on a VERY tight budget and cannot afford to lose $46. I wish I had seen the reviews on here first, as it seems many others have had similar experiences. Do not purchase from, support, or associate with this company!
