Be very careful. I paid £0.90 for seven day use only to find that I had inadvertently signed up for £39 a month. Once I explained my mistake they refused to refund me.

Having read customer reviews on TrustPilot, I wish I had never signed up to this scam of a website. Signed up last week to the 7-day pro subscription for 1.99GBP subscription which to be honest, services did not impress and I find ChatGPT to be more helpful. Used kiin on a minimum of three times and found it disappointing. No warning to tell me that after 7-day trial had ended, this service would try to take 39.00GBP from my bank. I will be waiting for this company to issue me a full refund and I will be cancelling my subscription. (They don’t make it straight forward to do this). Received 0 information to tell me that once the 7-day trial had ended, I would be charged a greater fee. This is a useless service anyway and I am not going to pay the money for something that hasn’t exceeded expectations. I will also be contacting my bank.

7 days later? £39 removed from my bank. Straight in with a dispute - Starling Bank sorted it out, and Kiin refunded me today for the full amount.
I need to review Starling Bank now, for their 5-star service. They've got a much better business model than bloody Kiin.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scammed is an understatement. You sign up for a 0.90p 7 day trial. They do not email you to confirm this, they do not email you to tell you about your account, they dont email you to tell you that 7 days later they will be taking £39 out of your account to pay to continue using per month. They don't have an helpful contact information, you fill out a form and wait for them to email you. They dont inform you when signing up that they will continue taking money from your account and they make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Absolutely useless services anyway. Chatgpt is much better and free.

Charged me fraudulently.
Woke up to a charge of $94.90 from this company when I have never even heard of them. When I emailed customer service they tried telling me that it wasn't a charge and I couldn't possibly be charged and it is just a trial. However when I told them I do not know of this company they said and kept asking me for other emails for possibility of me doing another account with another email. I kept having to say if never heard of them it's a fraudulent charge this is the only email that I use and to please reverse the charge. They then told me that they had to get a hold of their senior management team and nothing has been done since.
