Onyx+, bad first experience
1. Can't use with SexLikeReal Interactive on iOS (Doesn't work anymore)
2. Too big, I'm not huge, maybe 4.4cm, but pay attention anything bigger than 4.3cm is a "tight" fit.
3. Sleeve is cheap - On my first use, sleeve got a hole in it causing leak and difficult cleanup
4. Feel Connect app is a pain, attempts to pair websites require scanning the sites QR code, which doesn't work if you are browsing from your mobile device (can't photograph your own screen), or trying to get it to work in VR. You need to pair first with a second device like a laptop, and then you can hopefully use.
5. Not discrete from a volume perspective, device is loud enough to be recognizable in the next room, and sounds kind of like a breastmilk pump.

The kiiroo keon do not turn on, after charge it for 4 hours. The red led indicator turns green after few seconds of charging. And just blink (green light).

When my titan worked it was great, but it did not work very often.
When I wanted to use it, I had to turn it on and off a number of times before it was detected by the app and when it was detected it often lost the signal after a few seconds.
And then there are the 3 vibrating rods on which the sleeve is set... Removing and putting the sleeve back into place is not easy as it "sticks" to the rods. You have to pull the sleeve and at the same time it pulls the rods.
The rods are quite thin at their base: they are essentialy electric wire. After 3 months of removing the sleeve regularly to clean it, the wire of one of the rods snapped and broke beyond repair...

I bought an Onyx + but I have already failed two when loading it and syncing the videos. The fact is that Samantha is the one who took care of me and I am happy about it. He always had a correct treatment and I try to help me at all times. In the end they replaced the Onyx with a different model and now everything works perfectly.

I had an issue with one of my purchases and communicated my dissatisfaction to the appropriate department. The customer service unit worked with me to find a solution that I found acceptable. They were professional, succeeded in their quest and my experience was extremely positive.

Product doesn’t really work. Impossible to hook up to website or test interactive feature, unless of course I subscribe and pay money. Even without interactive element the presets are blah. My fleshlight works better and is a fraction of the cost. I give it another 5-10 years before they perfect this type of device. I will be returning mine, not concerned about their return policy. Device is simply defective and doesn’t perform as advertised. Order number 64347. I’ve opened a ticket for return/refund, product is boxed up and ready to sent back. Prefer to make this a hassle free return rather than dispute with Bank of America.

It sucks u have to download an app and when u finally figure out how to connect to a site it doesn't sync well with the video and then it doesn't go all the way up my cock it's just horrible . I finally put it on manual full stroke and that didn't help ended up using my hand

I received a defective device with a bad registration code. I contacted support, got a new code and troubleshot issues. When that did not fix the problem, I sent a video showing how the device was malfunctioning as requested. After the device was verified defective, a replacement was immediately sent. Great customer service!

I order the product after reading up on the details and felt it would be a good fit for me. I received it a few days late but with the pandemic I’d let it slide if it were any good. I give 3 stars because I did receive customer service when searching for my delivery, they were generally prompt in letting me know the upsu tracking number. However, I must say the onyx+ itself isn’t very efficient. Basically I get myself ‘going’ and once inside, go soft. I’m not trying to be macho when I say I am very well endowed in both length and girth, so this was a big disappointment. I’m hoping to some how get a refund, $200 is a lot of money. I do hear they have lots of great products but this had little to no effect on me at all. Order number 64769

I haven't received my product yet, and customer service is auto responds. Said it could take 6 days to respond. I ordered 5 days ago, shipping was supposed to be 3-5 days, and the tracking on their site still just says confirmed. Might have made a mistake going with this company.

I ordered the onyx + a week ago, I got it in today and started charging the unit, after about 15 minutes I wanted to check to see how much battery life it had and i pushed the power button and it blinked once and now won't charge at all! So i contacted support and it says it can take a week to get back too you this is really bad customer service it shouldn't take a week to respond to a customer! Also there is no troubleshooting on there website for this which I know from reading reviews it is a problem!
Just so that everyone knows I got the replacement and it let it charge for the 6 hours and it died with one minute of it being on, and no one has responded to my message about it, I am just gonna reach out to my bank and dispute the charge because this is not right!

Horrible service! I ordered the fuse. From the moment I turned it on it did not work. The vibrations would come on, then stop completely.
I have been emailing with Samantha amd several others at kiiro. They correspond through completely different emails, so it makes it hard to keep track of whom your talking with. Then they sent several “if you do not respond we will close your ticket”. I responded!!. And now have not received an email back. I reached out again, and was informed my ticket was closed because I didn’t respond!
All I want is an exchange for a working Fuse. But they keep asking me to re download their app. THE FUSE IS BROKEN. IT IS NOT THE APP!
HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE products. The absolute worst experience of buying online that I have ever experienced.

For a product that cost nearly $300, I would have expected much more.

I received my KIIROO Onyx+ Realm edition yesterday and within less than 30 minutes of first use, it lost power. I attempted to recharge it with multiple outlets/chargers and nothing would charge it. For $200+ I feel like the item was a huge scam and not a quality product.

If you're big or above average DO NOT BUY THIS.
I know that I have a large member but I thought that I was still small enough to fit but BOY WAS I WRONG. I can only manage to get the tip in and when I stiffened up the onyx locks up on me. If you're on the smaller side this might be good for you.
Since there's no refund policy, im stuck with this junk. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

Ordered the Onyx+ (#60234) and it got here a day or two early. It worked great for about 6 weeks and then one day it wouldn't connect to the Feelconnect app, immediately followed by shutting off. It now won't power back on and won't even pick up a charge from the charger. I've troubleshooted by using a different charger, cable. I connected another device to the same charger and cable and it worked fine. I sent them an email and they responded after a couple of days. After sending them a video of the device not working, they shipped me a new one which I received in about 4 days. And, the new one works great!

Received my Plus yesterday and gave it a quick try. Unfortunately, either I'm too small or this thing is meant for an elephant. I get very little feeling. The opening needs to be much smaller and tighter. Not worth the 200 dollars. Save yourself a bunch of cash and get an inexpensive manual toy.
