Would buy there again but maybe asking some more details about the product first just to have everything clear.

I ordered two Morandi ceiling lights and was sent a cheap plastic version of the picture on the website. The light part was flimsy with two small wires to attach to the mains. There was no bulb but a sort of LED lightboard and the glass shades were also poorly made. I don't think I would have found an electrician willing to fit them. Customer service was responsive and friendly, and gave me a part-refund. However I couldn't sell the lights on and ended up taking them to the dump, so an expensive lesson for me.

I had been looking for this one special lamp that many online shops offered. They were all a bit dodgy and had miserable reviews. Many said it was cheap Chinese goods that had nothing to do with the original. Kikilightning had the best reviews, so I gave it a try. I was still suspicious. But: It was perfect! The customer service responded immediately in a friendly manner and gave me the tracking number, the whole process was transparent and easy to follow. The lamp arrived from China to Germany in 2.5 weeks, was cleanly and professionally packaged and - a dream!!! Good quality, exactly how I imagined it would be. Thank you Kiki Lightning!!!

I was wondering and worried about the quality, delivery and so on. But I still decided to try this company as I thought they seemed good. I bought three different lamps, and the quality of the lamps was absolutely fantastic. I have original lamps and therefore I can compare. These are exactly the same, and have the same high quality. The difference is the price. The delivery was also perfect. The company sends ongoing emails with updates and it is serious from the first moment. As they could not follow the delivery in Sweden, they contacted me immediately. I myself had no problem following the delivery, where Postnord's app was continuously updated. Everything was thus absolutely perfect. I have read about poor copies, dishonest companies etc - but this was absolutely fantastic. However, I think it's a shame that I spent so much money on the originals, because I can't see any difference at all. At the same time, the service was perfect. You can safely buy from this company. My warmest recommendations and a warm thank you!
