Artichoke lamp
The lamp looks great. Unfortunately there were some bent elements because of wrong transport (not upright).
I have been offered replacement elements or additional discount. Because I was able to straighten most of the elements on my own, I have choosen second option.
All in all I'm satisfied now!

To start with, I was sent something different to what I ordered (they did this knowingly). Secondly, I had to request return details literally SIX times. It took countless emails, with them trying to 'convince' me why I should keep the item, with bonkers emails. In the end, I had no choice but to issue a chargeback. Funnily enough, the bank found in my favour, after looking at the email correspondence. Do yourself a favour and do not go near this company. The positive reviews above most likely fakes.

1. You ordered 2 wall lamps without plugs. But the cable and plug were sent to you together. As we explained to you in the email, you can install these 2 lamps directly, without the plug and cable.
2. We support returns and refunds, and on May 23, 2023, the European return address has been provided to you. We have been waiting for your return information. However, on June 8, 2023, you told us that you finally chose not to return the goods, but proposed to solve the case through other solutions.
3. But in the end we were shocked, because we couldn't quite understand why the agreement reached by both parties was unilaterally broken by you. Our email system still keep the email records as evidence.

Professional service and great looking lights
I purchased two lights from them, they are both great, I had an issue with one of the lights and their response was excellent. They replied to my email immediately and dealt with my query quickly and resolved my concern to my satisfaction. I would definitely buy from Kiki Lighting again and can recommend them highly.

Good quality lights and very cheap
I bought a number of pendant lights for my whole new build house and they all look so beautiful. The quality of lights is very good and delivery was within the specified time. One of the lights came with the broken cover which was quickly replaced with no questions asked.
Others are now ordering lights from Kikilighting after looking at them in my house. Will definitely use them again.
