Sent wrong size twice.

I bought a medium sweatshirt during a sale. I recieved a large. Support was quick to help and sent a replacement. I recieved another large. Support seemed to really want me to refund after that so I did, but now I've missed the sale and I still want the medium sweatshirt (it's a really cool sweatshirt).

A complete waste of £50

I purchased a pair of shorts after seeing an advert I liked on Instagram. The shorts were £40, more than I’d usually pay, but I liked the design and took a shot. When the shorts arrived, not only was the fabric low-quality and cheap, but the design did not appear as it had in the ad. I proceeded to follow the necessary steps to complete a return, which is international, costing me a further £11. Unfortunately, this is where Kikillo’s true colours really showed. My parcel was rejected on multiple occasions, and after the failed deliveries it was returned to me. Throughout this process, I had been in touch with support who had initially responded but failed to provide help. I would never recommend this business and would encourage everyone to stay clear, if not for the over-priced, poor products, then definitely for the lack of customer service.

Edit 24 Nov: Thanks for the generic response. No, I will not be contacting your customer support email as my last three emails have gone unanswered. I am instead pursuing a chargeback through my bank. Mwah

Item looked nothing like the images

Item looked nothing like the images - and the quality was awful, below any sort of standard for ~€60, Wish/AliExpress level quality for streetwear prices - the print on the trousers were grainy, like a low quality image blown up and slapped on. Have asked for a refund but the other reviews make me think ive just burnt my money.

awful customer service

awful customer service, you have stolen almost 150 pounds of mine and i never received the clothes i exchanged, daylight robbery and never even bothered to reply to my many emails! Awful

I feel a little disappointed with the…

I feel a little disappointed with the purchase.since it is an independent brand and the products are not cheap, at least I expected that it would come with some brand label, some card, a different shipping bag, I don't know something. I think the presentation of the product is worse than Aliexpress.I think they should improve that for the buyer's experience. The sweatshirt is not of bad quality but it did come with a quite unpleasant smell. I must highlight that my product took a long time, but the kikillo staff helped me by offering the return or replacement very quickly, so guarantee period 10/ 10.

Shirt came stained

Shirt came stained, poor quality print, lowest quality shirt. If it were 15 bucks I'd be happy. Shipping also took forever. But there was a tip box at checkout??? Bad.
