Fast, easy and straightforward company to deal with

Waste Of Time
Completed an online application, then it dint work, then had to redo and attach our bank account, and more hassles.
Came back within 10 minutes said they couldn't assist due to our low credit score which is a load of crap. A week ago we secured a loan from a major bank to finance another van for our small business, nice and smooth no problems.
They said they couldn't assist without even asking me how much i wanted to borrow, had they bothered to ask it was only 10k. Kikka for us was a waste of time, as usual sounds so easy, when in reality its not that at all.
Don't waste your valuable time with this crowd of time wasters ...

“German”: Completed an online application, then it dint work, then had to redo and attach our bank account, and more hassles.
Kikka: As one of our customer service agents explained over the phone, the application could not be completed because the Driver’s Licence number you entered did not match the number displayed on your own Driver’s Licence. Once this was corrected, the automatic application assessment engine was able to confirm your identification as being the legal representative of the business and having the authority to complete the application on behalf of the business. We take our customer’s ID verification very seriously and will not process an application if we are unable to confirm your identity.

Kikka: We are of the firm belief that a quick “Yes” or “No” is better than a long painful “Maybe” that can drag on for weeks. As you indicated in your review, we contacted you within 10 minutes with a response. Unfortunately, your application did not meet our minimum lending criteria and we were unable to approve you for a line of credit. It’s fantastic news that you were able to secure a loan from a major bank and can grow your fleet of vehicles – that should also hopefully have removed the need for a loan from Kikka.

Kikka: Yes, we do not ask for a specific amount that you want to borrow. We take responsible lending very seriously, and would never offer a line of credit that is higher than what your business can afford to pay back. We automatically assess the business performance over the past 3 months, and this determines the size of the line of credit that is affordable to repay. That line can be anywhere from $1,000 to $100,000. For your specific application, you did not meet the minimum lending criteria and unfortunately we were unable to offer you a line of credit.
“German”: Don't waste your valuable time with this crowd of time wasters ...
I am sorry you feel that Kikka was a waste of time, but after reviewing the application in detail I confirm that we have reached the same conclusion as the original assessment.
