Amazing customer service

Unfortunately I needed to cancel my subscription and they handled my request graciously, promptly and professionally. My refund was immediately issued with a very nice follow up response. So nice to know there still are very reputable companies that are committed to great customer service! Highly recommend.

Responsive Customer Service

Quality product and great customer service

I believe my hair loss is likely due to heredity more so than just aging and unfortunately the product did not slow my shedding and I did not get the results I was hoping for. But I cannot say enough great things about the company's customer service. After 2.5 months of use I requested a refund. I heard back from the company within 2 days and was issued a refund without any challenges or push back. If you believe this product may work for your situation, it's a reliable company to work with. Some reviews mention a heavy perfumed smell from the product. It does have a lot of fragrance to it, but I found it to be a pleasant aroma that became less noticeable the longer I used it. And no one other than myself ever noticed smell. If you believe this product may help your situation, it's absolutely worth giving it a try. Very pleased with my experience even though I did not get the results I had hoped for.

Disappointed

I was disappointed that the product did not perform as promised. However, the company did fulfill its 3 month money back guarantee, and I received a full credit. The company representative was courteous and helpful, and the refund was credited in a timely manner. Although I was not happy with my results Kilgore MD is an upstanding company and I would not hesitate to use them again if a new product became available.

I wanted to love these drops

UPDATE: I contacted support via email like they requested below and had another bad experience. I explained to them that I have since gone to the doctor and I had to discontinue use. Their reply was it has not been quite 90 days and to continue to use it, mind you, I called 4 days before the 90th day ! I was beyond frustrated.
Why can’t their team contact us directly when we submit reviews? We provide our order details when submitting? These company responses are canned and performative!
I am now convinced that this product doesn’t work for many of us and that is why they made the entire process difficult for me. I wanted to recommend it but I can’t. Customer service was terrible!

I wanted to love these drops but unfortunately they did not work for me. I did not have any hair growth or improvement. I called the company on 3/5 to request a refund because they did not work and caused extreme irritation. The representative said I had to call back on 3/24 to cancel. I expressed my frustration. I told her the irritation and lack of hair growth would remain unchanged in 2 weeks. It would have been a much better experience if they did not make it so difficult to obtain a refund for a product that did not work for me

Made to Pay for a Product I Did Not Order

I immediately cancelled my next month order upon receiving their notification email, but was later notified it had been shipped anyway. When I received this email I contacted the company to have them stop the shipment. They informed me they could not stop the shipment because it had already been processed. After many emails I have still not been able to return the shipment or get credit for the purchase price. A pretty underhanded way to force you to pay for something you asked to not be shipped.

Very happy with results

Noticeable reduction in the amount of shedding. An abundance of new growth, especially along my hairline. I will definitely continue using this product, more results than any other product that I have tried.

Great personal customer service

I spoke with a customer service person who understood my issue regarding the color change in my silver hair due to one of the ingredients in the prevention. I decided to keep using only the serum for a few months to see if the color changes reverse because I really like the products. I would recommended them but be careful if you have light blonde or silver hair. There will be changes.

Highly recommend product - New Users Beware

Mae with the support team was extremely warm & prompt in addressing & managing my urgent order cancelation & refund email request; sent outside of business hours - on a Sunday! I've seen new hair growth in my biggest problem area & my scalp feels better after using the dual products for 2+ months and intend to purchase again once my supply runs out. For new users, don't make the same mistake I did, you need to "skip or cancel" your subscription after your first purchase, to avoid the automatic renewal 3 months later; product is worth it but the price hurts when you're not expecting it. This is working pretty well for me!

I am finishing my 90-day trial of the serums and I have to say I’m pleased. My hair is falling a lot less and I am starting to see new growth. I still have a long way to go but I had tried so many supplements and never got these results so I’m happy! I’ll continue to use one of the serums (haven’t decided which one yet) and hopefully my hair will be full again.
To measure the hair loss, I got a high precision scale (I know, I’m crazy) and collected the hair lost when washing or styling and weighted it once a week. At the beginning I was losing about 1.2 grams a week. Now it’s gone down to 0.5-0.6 grams so roughly 50% less.
I am hoping to continue improving my outcome.

Scam

This company is a scam. And their customer services is worst I have ever experienced. Even though you cancel the subscription, they keep forcing their products and charge you every month; When you ask for a refund, they are unable to. Stay away! I will dispute the transaction with the bank.
