Terrible customer service!!
Terrible customer service!!. I placed an order and they sent me the wrong item. I tried to call, no answer and sent many emails and also reached out via social media messages. Zero response. I guess I'm stuck with the wrong item now as I cannot contact them.

It was also very securely packaged. I was extremely pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail in the gift packaging & the earrings set itself is gorgeous. Thank you for ordering with us and Im sorry there was a delay recieving your order. As I can see, your order was placed the morning of the 1st and would usually be sent the same day. However, it was sent on the 2nd as there was a backlog of orders. I can see there was a delay with An Post from the tracking number, as you can see below. I don't know why they took so long, as it usually takes 2-3 days.

A lovely little keepsake gift for a young French woman who worked with us for a few months. The bracelet was dispatched and delivered very promptly and came in a lovely pouch and a nice gift bag. This was my second time to order from Kilkenny Silver and I would certainly do so again.

Slow shipping
They said my parcel will be here in 2-3 days, I have not yet revived my parcel and i needed it for this weekend. I ordered on Tuesday so i expect it to come yesterday. Disappointed
